I placed an order with them and bought a server with a domain on the same invoice. For unknown reasons they were unable to register my domain and because of this I asked them to cancel my entire invoice and refund my money. All of these things happened just a few hours after paying the invoice. I made 2-3 tickets and they responded to my new tickets but they did not refund my money. It seems that they do not want to or it is difficult for them to do this ... I am posting here and everywhere else where necessary because it does not seem fair to me and I see that they are not serious. So I do not recommend such a service.

Prohoster offers a very good VPN for a ridiculously low price. For just a few dollars, you can get a high-speed VPN with multiple available connection locations. I've been using it without any issues, and the connection speed is very fast. It's exactly what you need for work.

They suspended my domain for phishing, even though my website has no payment options and is just a free image-sharing platform. I submitted a support ticket, sent multiple emails, and even called their phone number, but nobody answers! I'm losing users every minute because they're not a real company. In my domain management panel, there's a link for contacting support, but when you click on it, it redirects you to nowhere! I don't know what's wrong with these guys, but stay far, far away from them. They are a nightmare for webmasters.

I can write about unlimited web hosting with DDoS defense and a few free userful options. I can call it fast, reliable, modern for highly ambitious business project. Stable fast speed of loading without errors. It provides high quality and level of automatisation for good cost. Transition from the other server was fast, without any problems. I have no reasons for critics by now.

I paid in advance for a year's service. Two months in, ProHoster sent an email that they were migrating to a new virtualization platform, but instead they just deleted the server, won't replace the funds, won't spin up a replacement server, and demand more money.

Worse, they're really rude about their lies and scams. "Andre" or whomever is running this is a total w&nker. Don't bother using prohoster.info, even if it works for a while, it seems they'll eventually just steal your money.

It's just a scam. A few weeks ago I paid for next year's hosting services. Yesterday I discovered that my site stopped working. Technical support informed me that they have stopped servicing LXD servers. All normal hosting providers replace their clients' servers automatically, but not ProHoster. They demanded that we pay for the transition to KVM virtualization, and also either move the site ourselves, or pay them money for changing the server. That is, they deleted the servers with the site without warning, even without prior notice, and then demand money for restoration. I've never seen such garbage.

better find other virtual private server than this one, as you can see they not only blocked without any reason, when we complained they blocked 1 more my IP domain due I complained their bad customer services. Hopefully not gonna happen to others, Stay safe and beware guys.

I have been using ProHoster for about one year, everything suits the price, the quality of services and very good quality of service. I mostly use it at work. The speed is very high, just flying.

I don't understand the regulations and system of Prohoster, you are very different and unprofessional compared to other providers. I am currently actively using 5-6 providers (Contabo, Hetzner, Scaleway, Vultr, AWS Amazon, vdsina.ru).

1. One VPS experienced overload, but all VPSs were deactivated, even VPSs that were still empty and had no applications were also suspended.
2. DMCA emails arrived, but you did not forward them to my email so that I could prepare to move VPS.

Even websites that have nothing to do with my VPS are used as a reference for DMCA violation.

Maybe all the positive ratings are filled by paid or fake reviews.

My domains have expired and I renewed them before they expired. Prohoster hasn't responded with for over 7 days and my domains are offline.

It's unacceptable. I have written Prohoster on Facebook, Instagram and Email. I even have prohoster under the phone:
1-9299994322. But no answer.

What should I do now, I lose money every day because my domains are offline.

I have ordred 4 vps each one with 10 ips i was planing to install pmta to link with our gateway to resend them as sms at first vps we install pmta all vpses et suspended without even using also they have so bad support before susppend it was taking 6h to reply avoid this provider it will only take your money also they have bad vms build some postgresql installation fail also they no offering in swap for openvz nodes

Avoid using this Russian hosting service.
After paying, my VPS was running for about three days and then it was blocked without any financial compensation.
Support answered rudely or not at all.
It's a waste of money and time to spend setting up a linux VPS!!!

Scam Scam registered a Domain and paid thru Perfect Money and after 2 days still says processing. Sent multiple mails but no response. My money Gone. Don't get Cheated by this Scamsters. Fake Reviews all 5 stars.
