Actually I have just subscribed to ProgOnline platform. It seems user friendly and easy to use. Customer service is careful and responsive. There are loads of projects and clients, but unfortunately not so many in my business line. I hope to find clients soon and to be able to give ProgOnline experience a try.

They had me pay upfront the one year memberships in the three first months, with automatic extension.
Most importantly, the volume of postings is low, and clients never respond to private messages.
