I didn't receive one of the clubs I ordered and they agree to send me another one. So far the clubs I have received were in perfect condition.

Paid £175 just for a 6 hybrid head no shaft not being funny looked on other websites and can get a lot cheaper and it come with a shaft not happy. I did read the description but can’t remember saying just head only

Ordered 2 shafts which arrived very quickly but spotted one was the wrong flex. Tried to contact the company via email to arrange a switch but was totally ignored. Decided on the back of this to cancel my order and emailed them again to tell them this and check their returns procedures but again nothing. It's odd as they seem to have the right products but have no interest in customer service. Would definitely avoid.

Requested a refund over a month ago and still have not received a refund. Scammed out of over 1,000 euros.

Awful
Awful. Ordered 3 shafts but wrong flex was sent. Returned via recorded delivery but no refund. Numerous attempts to get in touch with them but to no avail. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
