Absolutely horrific experience with…

Absolutely horrific experience with Profreshgroup.com.au also known as Profresh Air in Melbourne Australia

Very disappointing experience with Profresh Group.

I was pushed to pay a 50% deposit to lock in the date of service. I paid a $1,675 deposit for an air-conditioning installation that was never completed.

After repeated delays, missed appointments and poor communication, I cancelled the job. Profresh agreed in writing to refund the full deposit, but despite multiple assurances, guarantees and promises not to mention all the follow-ups, the REFUND HAS STILL NOT BEEN RECEIVED.

I gave them several opportunities to resolve the matter, but I was repeatedly left chasing both the installation and then my own money.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Profresh Group, particularly if you are being asked to pay a substantial deposit upfront.
