Shipping was great
Shipping was great. I like a few of the products but 1 seams defective. I left a voicemail and sent a contact form but haven't heard back. I have never had a peptide not come out of the bottle after reconstitution. It might be user error, but no call back for over a week.

Note to others. You must rehydrate product with bac water or sterile water to make liquid. Shake it. Any lumps go away it is a powder form.

Product arrived in 4 hard chunks…
Product arrived in 4 hard chunks because humidity fot to it. I used Google to see if this would degrade the powder. It says it DOES. I contacted customer service and one of the representatives contacted me. I said I wanted a refund. He was SUPER RUDE! Said I was uncooperative. I finally said that i would be contacting my back to investigate this. THEN he offered a refund. This was my 1st AND ONLY transaction with this company.

This review is absolutely 💯 true. The customer is correct: I refunded her money and told her to kick rocks. ✌🏻
I told her she was being unreasonable (not uncooperative) because she demanded a refund for perfectly good (excellent actually) product that she DECIDED was damaged based on her 30 second google search.
I explained to her that it was “lyophilized powder” not “dry hard chunks” but would not listen 👂 to reason nor was she open to doing anything but arguing.
You can’t please everyone. Some folks are determined to be upset.
