Valuable service and purchase guidance by Ms. Kinga for Sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs
We spent almost full day to finalize sofa, coffee table , dining table and Chairs from the Utrecht store with the help of Ms. Kinga
We found her really helpful and a person who gave us honest opinion about the items. Suggested the quality and how value & life of products can be increased. She spent a lot of time with us designing sofas on paper and explain in simplest way so we could make better decision. We have searched almost all shops in this area but somewhere quality is not good or it’s expensive.
But at this store, we got good items in reasonable price and valuable advice to save delivery costs by hiring transporter offered by store which is a very good option and money saving.
We do admire Ms. Kinga for her gratitude and customer centric approach🙏
Though sofa is going to take almost 3 months to get ready for pick up, i would advice to take measures to reduce waiting time.
