I purchased a Jobobike Transer from Profibike in December 2025, and couldn't be happier so far with their service. They were helpful with all my questions and solved every issue that has come up during the process in a satisfactory way. Good company with friendly and helpful staff and a network of shops they work with throughout the Netherlands. The bike also arrived fully constructed and other than a couple of screws that needed to be taken out and rescrewed, it has been a solid experience, I have carried heavy loads with it many times and am already almost at 1000km, and so need to take it in to have it serviced. So we shall see how their service system works out. So far, though, full marks for profibike customer service and the purchased product though!

Their customer service is excellent everytime i wanted to contact they immediately answered. The bicycle came on time and it is absolutely amazing such a beautiful sturdy bicycle exactly as shown in the pictures

Update 20.9: the bicycle was finally delivered, but they delivered a wrong bicycle. So, the present for the birthday and all anticipation was again for nothing. I was contacted to get this bicycle, but I refused the offer and I was waiting for my exact order. Profbike, can you please finally deliver what was ordered???
I have ordered a bike as a birthday present with the expected delivery 3-5 working days. It's been 5 days, no information about the delivery. The website still says 3-5 working days. Very frustrating that incorrect information can ruin birthday present.

I’d like to share my experience with Profibike, which unfortunately was frustrating and disappointing from the start.
I placed an order for an electric bike via their webshop because their website clearly stated that the model was immediately available. That was the main reason I chose this specific bike and completed the payment. However, after ordering, I was informed that the bike wasn’t actually in stock at all. They were still waiting to receive it from their supplier (few weeks only)— which means the information on their website was misleading and not accurate.
Despite this, I initially decided to be flexible and told them I would wait for the bike, even though this delay was not what I signed up for. But then, out of nowhere, they cancelled my order themselves on the same day, claiming the supplier is out of stock. Instead, they offered a different bike as an alternative — one that was more expensive — and asked me to pay the price difference. At this point, I had lost trust and simply declined the offer, as I no longer wished to do business with them.
The communication throughout this process was unclear and tiring. I had to follow up several times to get answers.
On a positive note, I appreciate that they processed my refund immediately after the cancellation, which was at least handled correctly and efficiently.

I send them an email and call them alot of times they have always the same answer it's not there fault it's the leverancier.
"On 29.01.25, I ordered a Cowboy Cruiser ST, delivery within 4-6 weeks. That promise turned out to be worthless. After multiple frustrating phone calls and being completely ignored, the bike finally arrived on 22.03.25—almost 10 later. And to top it off, they delivered the wrong model. The whole experience has been a mess of delays, poor communication, and zero accountability. Think twice before ordering anything from this shop—you might end up with the wrong product after weeks of stress and silence."

I ordered Cangoo keewee bakfiets on the 29th July, a green colour because that one was available on the webpage where delivery was 3-10 days. I called immediately after to confirm on these dates so i can request small vacation after 2 weeks so i can spend time with my family with the bakfiets. When i called, a lady answered and said ,yes we have it on stock we just need to bring it from another shop...that turned out to be a lie🤥 because my next call after 2 weeks a young man answered and said we dont have that bike and we are waiting for delivery and that the lady shouldn't have said that, since we dont have it on stock. I suggested that they change the webpage and the delivery times because thats a lie, he acknowledged. Today i called again, and a polite lady said that we will receive it next week... and maybe 1 week for delivery....which means since you order i bike plan 1 Month to receive it. Its very frustrating when you feel like you are being lied to and make plans based on that misinformation. I have read the reviews well before i ordered and i was sincerely hoping for the best but....sorry for this review i am simply stating the truth, maybe if the situation changes i can update this review. I visited Profibike in Dongen and it was a phenomenal experience. From the moment I entered, everything just seems so surreal, the amount of space you could walk around and see the different bikes there is and their 1000sq meter experience center where you can ride around for a couple laps and try out the different bikes to see which one fits you, was just a wonderful experience. To add to that, their customer service is top notch, first they offer you a cup of coffee, then like me for example, I didn't know much about Ebikes and the employee was able to provide me all the information about the different bikes and tell me what is the difference of each the bikes. As mentioned before about their huge experience center, I was able to try out multiple different bikes to see which one fits me best. Through it all, I was asking all types of questions, and the employee took their time and answered each one of my questions. In conclusion, thanks to their amazing service of being able to answer all my questions and provide me all the information I needed, I can happily say I purchased my first Ebike from Profibike.

The order was made on 4-th of January. The bicycle was delivered on 19-th of January, 2024.
24-th of January I got a notification from employer, that I should relocate to another country. I understood, I need to return the bicycle. It was really pity. The bakfiets (cargo bike) is really attractive. I really fallen in love with it.
Good news was, that Profibike agreed to take it back and return my money (I return the bike in a completely brand new condition - we didn't use it at all). Anything may happen - I estimate this as a very professional reaction.

For now already one year,I ride a Puch again. The N7 .its ride verry good and is, because the of the smoothe front suspension, frendly for my rheumatism hand.
