A wonderful shop! I order here since about 8 months. Every package arrived, until very recently. That last one was lost or busted, and I wrote the support. They‘ve been really friendly and helpful and reshipped it right away. Since I wrote them another email, asking if they could ship it to a different adress, they reshipped it twice, because the first reship was already out. The first one is already here. I am very happy with this shop!
Btw, don’t buy from Heisenberg24 ever! They scam! Funcaps is legit! Prices are great, too!

Quality of the products is very good, delivery with ups is always fast and their customer service is on top and do all their possible to solve any problem you can find with your order. Everytime you will recieve some goodies, lighter, stickers, free samples, etc... in your parcel what is very nice to discover when unpack it. I recomend their website they are so pro!!! Maybe the best one i found since the long time i work on research pruducts!!!

Got what I ordered 5g of foxy 2g of moxy freebase. The foxy COULD be a little cleaner but I'm glad I got my hand on this rare Chem.

I recently placed my first order with them following the recent events affecting my usual shop and I must say that I'm very pleased I did!

I was impressed with their (generally) reasonable prices, the wealth of payment options offered, the quality custom packaging, and the free samples for such a small test order were a welcome surprise too!

My only (minor) regrets would be the lack of an Express shipping option as well as a few favorites of mine sadly missing from your catalog but I genuinely hope they keep up the good work and don't let greed get to them or quality control go down the drain like so many others did, I'm sure there's a way to make a good living in this business for an honest, reliable and committed vendor.

2nd (slightly larger) order arrived even faster than the 1st and seems to fit all expectations, I'll also add that their customer support was more than pleasant to interact with (for general questions/feedback, I didn't have any complaint).

The first seller who ACTUALLY sends their products with ordinary mail and just doesn't pretend to, as most do.

Completed crypto payment was not recognized on their side, which caused the order not to be processed any further. -> Contacted them over WhatsApp and the situation was promptly resolved. Hopefully this won't require manual intervention for future orders.

Other questions were answered quickly as well. Great and friendly support!

Products then arrived as ordered within a few days, DPD tracked shipment inside EU.

Everything inside the box is heavily branded. There were 2 free samples included.

No complaints about quality so far, but this will have to be further checked - with other products where quality is more of a concern than the ones ordered this time.

Product selection / availability is not as big as some vendors, but quite good. Prices can be anywhere from great to market average to expensive depending on the specific product. You have to compare yourself.
