Paid 500 euro for a bulk order. Was told they will not ship to my address for some reason and as soon as I asked for a refund. They ignored me completely and took all my money. Scumbags. Total scam. DO NOT ORDER! USE FUNCAPS INSTEAD!

I ordered yesterday and got a message of confirmation and a dhl delivery notice the day after. I havent received the package yet so ill post again once i got it. But to me they are legit.

Edit : I received the package two days after ordering (i live in Belgium). So I can assure you they are doing a great job. I never had issues before and this time they were just as quick and efficient as before. The only issue is that you dont get a notification right away by mail to confirm your purchase; which kind of scared me at the time of ordering because they use to do it before. And their account management are really bad (if you lose your password you've basicaly lost your account). But other than that they are great.

The parcel was sent on March 27th and has not arrived to this day. In order to start an investigation with PostNl, the sender must report it. I contacted the customer service office, unfortunately no response. Lost 150e. If something changes, I will change my opinion, but I have already written off the money.
