I made a large order in October 2025 that unfortunately got lost and was never delivered to me. After a few communications with a company, they were very gracious and offered to ship the entire lost order. Very much appreciated.

My rating is only based on the quality for the average user. The frying pan must be constantly maintained for rust. In a busy everyday life with children, this is not desirable. The pan forms rust even if you follow the instructions as closely as possible. If you are not a professional, then you should not buy this pan.

I ordered the 3-piece saucepan set in the sale just before Xmas. I enquired when the sale would be ending and was told it would end the following week. I made an effort to get them despite it being Xmas and needing to spend on other things. The sale is still ongoing, so the first problem is being deceived by them. The second problem is that I had to return the pans as the lids were scratched. The third problem is that having returned the saucepans, 3 weeks have passed and my refund has still not been processed. Refunds should be processed within 14 days according to Distance Selling Regulations. When I had queries before purchasing I would get an email response the next day. Now I'm having to send chaser emails and the only response so far is that they have been passed to the auditor but they won't tell me when my refund will be processed.
