Bought a bed frame from Proferlo

Bought a bed frame from Proferlo. Below are the issues and experiences. I will give zero star if there is an option.

1. Error on assembly instruction
2. Mislead information online.
3. Defect parts.
4.Lack of response to emails, calls from the store manager - Tia and customer service.

Do not recommend. This is my first purchase with them follow their unusually high review score online. It appears their review online may have been also being altered. My recent reviews were never publish.
