Don't get scammed by Purchasing " Product Protection Plus "…
My son and I Purchased a " Product Protection Plus " with the purchase of a washer and dryer in Denver. Contract details state under "Product Eligibility" claim " This plan is one of the most comprehensive extended warranties in the industry. In the 2nd paragraph under "Eligibility" states plan provides for the repair or replacement of your product to it's standard operating condition if the Product fails to perform its intended functions due to normal wear and tear. Our 3 year old front load washer in leaking water all over the laundry room floor because of the door gasket/seal has failed. We are a family with 2 children. Our request to this company for repairs has been denied and met with excuses " kindly note that the rubber door seal is considered a wear and tear or consumable part, and as such, it is not covered under the extended warranty policy." This company is not honoring their contract and nobody should purchase it.
