They dont take Responsibility
I have Bought a polk R400 center speaker.
Recievd it damage with also the box being more taped up than protection with dpd ofcourse.
I have been in contact about 3 times via Mail and non of them take full
responsibility becouse the product was original from 2dekansje.com and productpine.com did the dilivery (Do note i bought it from Productpine.com)
While also in contact with 2dekansje.com they only send out automated E-mail replys after sending proof of the damage box and Polk R400 center speaker.
Now here comes the fun part im soly Responsibly for getting the package there without damage cause that would be my risk and i also need to pay for a shipping label while the Center Speaker is damage and mostly the box exsist out of 90% tape and 10% Box.
(Also DPD or DHL wont take the pakage becouse the box has to much damage witch would lead to more damage during shipping it back)
Sended proof in form of fotos this has been taken longer then 1 week (7 days)
And now they are not responding or taking responsibility.
So now im sitting with a damage Polk R400 and a bill i need to pay for what?
Is this 10/10 or 5 stars i would not recommend buying from Productpine.com. 0/10 when it comes to taking care of your customers they are not home.

Only getting offerd a 20% Discound 59 Euros or full Refund upon returning the Item that is simple not possible Since again DPD/DHL wont accept a badly damage Box thats 14/16 Kilos witch could lead to more damage..

first time purchasing from productpine
first time purchasing from productpine. i bought a used washing machine. price is good, but i haven't tested it yet because i still need to hire someone to move it upstairs. it would be great if they offer additional services such as moving within the house and/or removing the old appliance. i don't mind paying a bit more for this service. the delivery company they use is nice, you can track the driver live and select within a 2 week window your preferred date.

I wasn’t familiar with Productpine but the reviews were positive so I thought I give it a try. I found what I was specifically looking for at Productpine at a very good price. It was clearly mentioned these are returned products but the product was still in very good shape. I appreciate Companies who do something for both environment and consumers (cheaper prices makes it affordable for more people) so definitely a thumbs up and 5 stars. ⭐️

Stuff is ok but it is never nice to find out that the product you buy is new in any shop at least 30 but sometimes 40 euro less
So I will maybe still shop here after I looier all over the net to compare the prices

It was a recent returned product, and it would save me 50 euros from the original price. After reading about Productpine, I decided to order to help save the environment. The package arrived within 2 days, and the helmet matched the description; brand new. Everything was included in the box and including a warranty.
