I bought a RHCH2001G heater from them through one of the main retailers in the UK, but Product Care Services Ltd were the ones that dispatched it.
It arrived opened, and had fingerprints and stains on the top control panel, also the heater makes weird clanking sounds when it oscillates.
I contacted them about it immediately, and instead of replying, the sent me a CS survey to another email from that in which i contacted them, asking me how pleased i am, when they are clearly aware i am not pleased.

Seamless delivery experience from start to finish, always informed well in advance. Technician (Ryan Hill) was very polite and helpful.

Your driver, Ryan H was terrific. Extremely helpful and obliging. Unfortunately, one of the items was damaged and needed returning. Ryan dealt with the photography and necessary paperwork very efficiently.

We had our delivery today by shaun Mc very polite happy sole he called to let us know with our hour window and very informative about delivery and put our product in the appropriate room. Very happy with it all

I would like to recognise David Stoica and Claudiu C for their outstanding service. They were both incredibly professional, patient, friendly, and courteous throughout the delivery. They handled everything with great care, kept me informed, and made the whole experience stress-free.

They are a real credit to the company, and I genuinely hope their excellent customer service is recognised. Every company would benefit from having more employees like David and Claudiu.

Connor came to install our Miele dishwasher on Monday the 22nd of June. He arrived promptly within the stated time slot. He was polite, friendly and efficient. He did the dishwasher installation easily with no problems and cleaned up after himself and took the old dishwasher away.
Really excellent service. Well done 👏👏
