I am very dissatisfied with my osmo dashcam

I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Osmo. The company advertises a 100% money-back guarantee and free shipping, but when I requested to return my dashcam, I had to send and reply to multiple emails before I was finally told to return the product at my own expense.

In addition, the website that claims Osmo offers “the best dashcam” turns out to be misleading. The product itself does not match the descriptions at all, and after further research, I discovered that there are many negative reviews about both the product and the company’s practices.

Overall, I feel misled and disappointed, and I would not recommend producrexpert/Osmo to others.
