I ordered a treadmill off the website, it stated the item was in stock with 1-2 days delivery. I ordered and waited but nothing came, no update emails or anything so I emailed them and they said they were out of stock and said it was arriving to them tomorrow so will be shipped that day. I got a shipping notification but 6 days later still no item so I emailed again and they said it just came in and was shipped. Just have to wait and see will it actually arrive this time!

The delivery was fast and communication great from the company however the product was not good. The table is slanted so anything that is put on it slides easily. The metal bar to connect the table top is bent. It is very light and wobbles. So not good for the function of having cups or glasses on it. Would not recommend the product . updated review Oct 2025. The company were great. Contacted me after they saw my review. CJ was very helpful and arranged a different table to be sent out. They had some problems with postage but kept me informed throughout. Table arrived today and much better quality. Overall great customer service. Thanks so much for sorting the issue
