We ordered two dinning chairs and an armchair with footstool all in patchwork material. They arrived promptly in fact quicker than expected. They match beautifully, went together easily, are very comfortable, well made and sturdy. We are very pleased and intend to order more in the near future

Don’t order here very bad service and try to scam you . We ordered a pool table and they never delivered it we asked for money back they said NO it’s with the courier and we had to chase them ??? Whattt! We said no that’s not how it works they said tough ! We claimed on PayPal and got our money back from these scammers !!

DON'T USE THEM
DON'T USE THEM. Goods stuck with courier so contacted through their website customer care. No repsonse so 48 hours later attempt to complain again. Blocked from doing so with a message that I already have an open ticket and should be patient. Needless to say they were not patient in debiting my card. I fear the worst:-(

About 920218015 order, I never received the products.
Although the order is dated 28 december 2020, today 12 february 2021 I have not received my money back.
Nobody has contacted me yet. I started a process though my bank. This is referred to produceshop.es

Update: money reimbursed on 22nd feb. I missed to have some information during this time. Once you perform the buy, you have not any change option buttom ir similar. To contact or to be contacted by the company is simply not expected.
However I think I would trust again on ProduceShop.

I ordered the 6th of december with ordernr 920204016 an Intex poolpump and an Clorador with an estimated delivery dat of the 14 of decembre up till now I have nothing received and their is no possibility to contact either produceshop or the transporter. It is a bloody shame that there is no proper e-mail adress on the site.

Don’t order from Produce Shop
Don’t order from Produce Shop. Terrible customer service who does not reply (or replies after one week). No phone number to reach them. I have ordered a bench that I have never received! Produce Shop said that “after multiple delivery attempts” I had to either pay 50€ to get reimbursed or pay an additional 35€ for another delivery. The tracking shows there was only ONE delivery attempt, which was one week later than the delivery time indicated at the time of purchase. Unprofessional website, team of dishonest people and thieves. Never again!
Edit: a team supervisor from another international division reached out to me to offer a suitable solution. Thank you Dylan for your efforts!

Dascher delivery drivers are rude and unhelpful
The delivery was due 19th but didn't arrive, it arrived 20th but despite me asking,( as my husband suffers with multiple sclerosis and struggles to lift and walk as he has impaired movement on his left hand side),. that the driver put the box into the lift and deliver to the door they refused. The driver was rude to my husband. I am here in the UK and this was a birthday surprise, the chair itself is ok but I wouldn't use the transport company again unless able bodied and two or more people to be there. There were no stairs just a lift, the time the driver spent arguing and asking for passports etc he could have just helped and been pleasant, he was not. A day late and just rude. The wording on the website stated that the products wouldn't be carried upstairs in a house but doesn't state that this is dumped at the street by rude unhelpful ignorant drivers. My husband had to struggle and cause himself injury and pain because of this, makes me angry and very sad.Shame in this company and their staff
