Great product, great price
Loved the product, and when we had a problem with delivery (our mistake not a problem at all), I had several follow up calls from Prodigg checking in with us.
Lost a star because the website was a nightmare - they were having technical issues (for several days) and I ended up ordering over the phone, but it took over a week before item in stock was sent - despite assurances from staff on the phone it would be sent next day.
Despite this I would use these guys again, definitely.

Been a good experience in 2018 when I purchased the items, even though the lead time for items marked in stock was unbearable. In fact I only later discovered they were not in stock. In addition they arrived 6 weeks after they were supposed to. Pretty upset they did not warn us when we ordered.
Currently the customer service is very hard to reach, not possible to contact anyone by phone, and no replies to emails. Only a flimbsy and clunky chat with following emails and very low interest in customer satisfaction. Very sad with the quality of some products.

DO NOT Give this business your hard earnt money
I selected and paid in full for a over $1000 bath instore on the 16th March which was easy and given the expectation of it taking a few days to be received into the prodigy warehouse to collect. Well here I am on the 9th April still awaiting to see this bath.
I have (not easily, live chat seems to be the best success) been in chat Kristie whom continues to what seems lead me on. Told tomorrow, the tomorrow that never comes. Today was no different, I’ve changed my day tomorrow to go into the Blacktown office to collect the bath or get a refund failing the bath not been available to collect, Kristie reply the bath will be ready to collect from Lidcombe (which I’m assuming is the suppliers warehouse) which I was told was in silverwater the prior day, so god knows. No address details or contact but I’m to go tomorrow! Asked for the contact and address and you guessed it I’m still waiting. Let’s see what tomorrow brings ah.
My suggestion is DO NOT Give this business your hard event money, it’s cost me dearly

Ordered a cast iron bath online. It was in stock and stated 10-14 day delivery. I have been calling to confirm that it has been dispatched however no-one has confirmed. I have rung on multiple occasions and someone always says they will get back to me. I'm still waiting. Hopefully will get my bath soon.
Your staff are exceptional, your website is not
Your website, for a business that sells online, is terrible. And needs a complete overhaul. Your friendly and helpful staff finally managed to help me place an order, which without their help and enthusiasm I wouldn’t have done - I would have given up. Your staff increased my rating from 2 stars (you have good product) to 4 stars.

I want my REFUND, now been 4 months
I am still waiting in a refund, received a phone call from Kristie after my last review but still have not received any refund as yet. They have now had my money for over 4 months , what a joke!!
Be very wary when dealing with this company, what company does NOT answer their phones, always goes to message saying they will make contact with 24hrs, send us an email, why?, they never return a call nor do they return an email. Very bad business practice. I want my REFUND!!!

I am still waiting on my refund after numerous calls and emails and empty promises. My order was processed last August, delayed with Xmas strikes and to be delivered in January. Then an email saying delivery was postponed and a refund would be processed. PG076472 was the order. I will keep pursuing this and the comments will also continue. Pay up.

I was happy when I went to showroom and…
I was happy when I went to showroom and had my order rearranged due to plumbers turning up when not expected. The girls were lovely, helpful and friendly.
But, my new order was incorrect. My invoices were confusing as I had returns then new orders.
I have tried to ring the 1300 number several times for different reasons and no one answers. Goes to message bank and no one returns calls.
The online chat was more helpful.
Hopefully the product will be good when all in store.
