Avoid this company and spend money elsewhere
Avoid this company, terrible Customer service and platform was unreliable, leaving it broken more than running. Additionally you have to chase to try and get any response, it will be weeks or months between each response. Would never do business with them again.
Edit: keeps using personal health issues as excuse for bad business products and customer service. Now refusing to issue refund for product that has been publically stated as having known issues and only offering replacing with a different product as a path for customers who have unfortunately ended up with their platform.

That’s why I was (and partly still am) simply not able to live and work how I would like to. Personally I’m truly sorry not only because I was not able to response you but the fact that you totally ignore this human factor that significantly affects my and my family’s life in a negative way.
