2 months using my printer and happy with my purchase so far! I must say there is a learning curve so you will need some patience. However, great customer service support with initial setup and after.

I just purchased procolored k13 lite dtf printer about a month ago. It was fast and easy to install and easy to use. I have printed so many dtf deigns and they come out great. I also already tested a few shirts that I made for myself and my son, I washed it and it didn`t mess up like other dtf I have used. Also I contacted customer service because I thought I was missing something, within less then 24 hrs I got a response. I also have procolored oven that I purchased first a while back its also easy to use and works great! I'm very happy with my purchases!!

I purchased the K13 Lite printer and the smokeless oven. The colors are amazing!!!! As with any machine there is a learning curve but Customer Support has been wonderful! I would consider myself a super hobbyist. I have numerous cutting machines and sublimation printers. I can’t rave enough about the beautiful prints you receive from the K13 Lite printer.

If you have a shirt business, this is a great investment! I've had my printer for almost a year now and it is a life saver! I can now take last minute shirt orders and the ability to print on site has been amazing. Customer service is also great! I've had to replace a few parts but the representative stayed online with me until the issues were fixed. Nanlin knows her stuff when it comes to this printer! If you are on the fence, trust me, buy the printer!

Engineer Tan is my hero! He spent hours helping me troubleshoot and diagnose the issue with my printer. He was super helpful and extremely patient with me as someone inexperienced. I highly recommend this brand for their customer service alone!

Today was a wonderful day as a Procolored customer. I had a service issue, and my engineer walked me through the path to successfully restoration of all function of my printer. I learned some things along the way, and I really love my printer. I will continue to create beautiful items using my F13 Panda DTF Printer 13" L1800 and will definitely recommend Procolored to anyone interested in a printer in the future.

I've been using the Procolored K13 Lite DTF printer and Smoke-Free Oven for my small business, and they have completely changed my workflow. Bright colors, clean print and the system easy to maintain.

The procolored machine is amazing prints are top notch I love how easy set up is and how great the company is if y I u have a problem.

What is there to say! A great machine for beginners. At first it was hard, but as long as you keep at it you learn how to tweak it to your preference. Customer service is great.

I’ve giving 4 stars out of frustration of the amount of work I’ve had to put into the print since taking it out of the box. However 5 stars goes to customer support and how patient they have been while getting things fixed for me. This is for sure not a simple printer and knowing how to do maintenance is a must. They have made it as easy as possible with sending videos and guiding me through the process as best as they can for each situation I have had.

This is my first DTF printer. So far I am very happy with my purchase. I got tech help with installing the program and it went very smoothly. Also, I've sent emails and got prompt responses.

Tan helped me with a white ink issue I was having, and images are printing great now! He also sent me better instructions to follow for baking images! I am very happy with results from Tan!
