Fraud service I strongly recommend NOT booking this movers and packers company.

I had a terrible experience and lost my brand-new GoPro Black worth approximately ₹45,000 during the moving process. The GoPro was missing from its packet after the move, and I have lodged a police complaint regarding the incident.

I am extremely concerned about the way this company handles customers’ belongings and about the verification and supervision of the staff involved in moving and packing. Losing an expensive, brand-new item during a move is completely unacceptable they handle items poorly

Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering this company to be extremely careful with valuables, electronics, jewellery, documents, and other expensive belongings. Check and record your items before and after the move.

However, they denied coming to the house for the survey.
They given reasonable quote. I am happy with the deal

I live in states for few years and I came to Kerala three months ago. I don’t know a removal and storage service companies working here. One of my friends said to me city of cochin hae such service provides and I checked online. I compared a few different removal companies in Kochi and eventually went with Pro Cochin House Shifting and Moving Packers after seeing them featured in Timeout. Certainly. I couldn't be happier with the whole process - the guys arrived on time, were extremely careful with my furniture and completed my move just6 hrs. I know my house size is big and surely it takes time. Perfect service all round and will definitely be using them again for my next move.

I booked my Scotty and few household goods to be transported form Kochi to Bangalore on 4th of Feb 2023. Yes, two young men from Pro Cochin came to my house at Kakkand (DLF Apartments) packed household goods into 5 boxes and my scooty (P.s I am not satisfied with the packing they did for scooty, buy yes okay) then they shifted it to their warehouse at Thripunithura ernakulam and after a week they delivered the items to whitefield Bangalore
My Observation
1. They provided door to door service, however the packing for scooter was not impressive. I admit the fact that they provided cheapest service
2. They Delivered at the time i requested, i asked them to deliver on 9.30 pm. They did what i said
3. At a Point they asked me to give tips - they said usually customers give.
