Item on back order
Item was on back order. Wasn’t very easy to tell when ordering, but I received an email about it being on back order, with the dates it should be in, and the guy who sent it marked the day after they were there to ensure I’d get the product. Well, I didn’t really want to wait, so I called to see what they could do. He instantly offered me a refund and I asked if there was anything else they did have in stock I could buy. There was a set of springs 1 tier up and he even gave me a small discount for going ahead and buying them. I don’t think they were shipped out same day, but it got here quick enough, it didn’t really matter. Definitely will shop again!

You then replied on 5/30 which we replied to as well. Our last correspondence was on 5/30, which we never received a reply to. You then emailed again on 6/2, which we replied to the same day once again, but have not received a reply to. If you are not seeing our emails, ensure to check your spam/junk folders as it is not uncommon for email providers to move emails there. Please ensure to check there and we can certainly still help with the process. I can also have our department send another email to reach out to you. These guys are amazing. I purchased some coil overs that were backordered. They contacted me and upgraded them for me to a nicer set in order to fulfill my order on time. Shipping was crazy fast, and I was super happy with my purchase. I'll be going through them again.

Received the product quick in the mail…
Received the product quick in the mail and all pieces were with the product too. Just as described on their website. I haven’t installed the exhaust yet but will update later.
Update: installed the exhaust and it’s very loud, but inserted the silencer that comes with it and sounds a lot better. But it’s a great sound and love the exhaust. Very easy to install.

1 wheel was sent that was the wrong…
1 wheel was sent that was the wrong one.
I know it came from a warehouse the 2 other wheels as mentioned, but the shop which has replied to ProCivic has not gotten a reply on getting the wheel exchanged for the correct one. Still waiting for wrong wheel be picked up and swapped out.
ProCivic usually is great, but maybe this time around they are a bit too busy or something going on on delaying to getting back to us and have this wheel issue resolved.
Update;
Changing my rating to 5star, as PRO team resolved the wheel situation in a timely manner. Sent out the right wheel right away and the prepaid label to send wrong one back.
