Excellent Customer Service and After-Sales Support.

I had a very good experience with ProCars. I saw the car online and decided to purchase it. On the agreed date and time, Adrian kindly picked me up from the train station and took me to the garage.
I was given the keys to properly inspect the car and take it for a test drive. Everything went smoothly, the paperwork was completed without any issues, and I drove the car home the same day.
About a week later, a start-stop warning light appeared. I contacted Adrian immediately, and he advised me to book the car in with Nissan to have it checked. Although the appointment took about one to two months to come through, the car was still driving well during that time.
Once Nissan fixed the issue, I sent the invoice to Adrian and he reimbursed me straight away without any problems. The car also came with a three-month warranty, which gave me peace of mind.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received. The customer care and after-sales support were excellent. I would definitely recommend ProCars.

Professionally dealt with

I recently brought a Ford Focus st-line 2019 from pro cars. Very excited to drive this car. Within the first week, after under 100 miles the engine light came on. I contacted Paul to explain the situation. Very quick responses, and very professional. He arranged to pick the car up from my house within 24 hours. He had taken it back to have a look. After first not finding any faults, I started to worry. When he drove it back from the garage the engine light appeared. He kept me completely updated through out the experience, admitted a fault and fixed it free of charge. A common problem with the turbo that had a leak. Within a week had the car back. No problems since, and runs like a dream. Very nice car, advertised correctly, and very professionally dealt with. Highly rated on this experience. Understood its just one of those things that can go wrong. Also note, the entrance to the garage is a small road that is easily missed if you've never been there before.

Poor customer service

Agreed an appointment date and time for a car viewing and test drive and all agreed with Adrian. Luckily I had emailed the day before as was rudely informed that the car had been sold several days before. Poor customer service would have cost me several hours for a wasted journey.

Unpleasant, inexperienced owner who wants to talk and not listen

My trade transaction with Procars was very unpleasant. The owner is very irritable and short-tempered. My experience was that the owner doesn't understand UK minibus and van registration procedures and cannot listen to other people very well. He wouldn't listen to me and I got fed up quite quickly with trying to explain something to someone who doesn't want to listen. I don't recommend trade or consumer transactions with this company

This was the worst experience I EVER…

This was the worst experience I EVER had shopping and purchasing a car from ProCars in Marietta. They were suppose to fix a part on a SUV that I was purchasing for my daughter and each time I scheduled a time to have the repairs done, I was given the run around. NEVER again!! They should not be in business, no Ethics!!!

Avoid. Really. Don't go there.

Please learn from my mistake - avoid like the plague. I have bought many cars & this is the worst experience I have ever had. Car was sold with a clean MOT 3 weeks before I bought it. I had it MOT’d 3 weeks after I bought it & 300 miles later - it failed with a long list, the tester telling me ‘Do not drive it’. It was advertised as FSH, though there was a gap of more than 2.5 years and 17k miles before they gave it an oil change. Car very corroded underneath, MOT tester said it looked as if it had been stood in water for ages.
Dealer defensive when I wanted a refund. Father advised he was ex-Police/consumer law expert. I was threatened with legal action & the intimidatory tone/legal jargon in their communication was clearly designed to put me off pursuing them. I did pursue a claim & although I settled before the hearing for less, I was eager to get the whole thing over ASAP. I’m sure they’ll follow this with a 27 point denial, just be careful what you believe.

Procars, Goddards Green, West Sussex - AVOID

AVOID at all costs!!

Cars are advertised with warranties but the owner of the company, Adrian Olaru, refuses to provide warranty terms and conditions. The cars are also advertised with mileage lower than actually on the clock.

The epitome of a dodgy car dealer.
