Leak specialists?

This company are supposed to be specialists in identifying leaks. They do not look for leaks they ask you if you have noticed any. In my case they tried to convince me that a small drip about one drip every 3 seconds would equate to a loss of 180 litres of water a day. They spent 7 hours getting no where around 3 of these was looking for spare parts. At £90 per hour. Leak never found. To add more information, they asked me if i had noticed any water running. I said no. However, the leak was eventually found in a toilet system, but not an obvious one and hardly noticed a slight but constant run of water. Fortunately the other company took time to look.
