Over £400 parcel went missing from…

TDLR: Paid for £430 order on 27th of April, never received the goods, a refund or a resolution from this company.

Over £400 parcel went missing from fedex on 29th and they asked me to contact probreeze. They told me they can't further clarify with fedex on my behalf and to just wait. Meanwhile, fedex apologised and informed me multiple times they have contacted probreeze. There is no customer service. I still don't know whether I'm going to get a refund or they will ship my order again. Why do they even have an online chat if there is no one to reply?

UPDATE 6th May: Customer care team have gone missing despite their promises to contact me with a resolution within 24h, which have long passed. Furthermore, I contacted fedex again out of curiosity and they informed me they have never heard back from the dispacher and closed the case. Seems this company is not acting in good faith and could not care less about breaching consumer rights. I will have to go through the bank to get my money back.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Good real time Whatapp customer services

Their customers services (real man real time via WhatsApp) are excellent. Very efficient and could address the problem immediately and arrange the return label and replacement. No more unnecessary questions. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Post-Warranty Support - A Brand That Truly Values Its Customers!

I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received from Pro Breeze, specifically from Angelica & Abi.

I’ve been using a Pro Breeze Dehumidifier for about 14 months. Recently, the unit developed a technical fault where the internal fan stopped spinning while the heating element stayed active. As someone who values home safety, I was quite concerned about the potential overheating risk. Even though the standard 12-month warranty had recently expired, I decided to reach out to their support team to see if anything could be done.

From the very first email, the experience was professional and efficient. Angelica handled my case with great care. She asked for specific details and a short video to diagnose the issue, demonstrating that the company takes product quality and safety seriously.

To my absolute delight, despite being out of warranty, Pro Breeze offered me a replacement as a one-time goodwill gesture. This level of after-sales support is incredibly rare nowadays, especially in the home appliance industry. It proves that Pro Breeze is a company that stands behind its products and truly values long-term customer loyalty.

In fact, I was so impressed with the brand's performance even before this incident that I had already purchased their larger 25L model from B&Q last week. Seeing how they treat their customers when things go wrong has only solidified my trust in the brand.

I bought two probreeze dehumidifiers…

I bought two probreeze dehumidifiers from amazon. The smaller one is still working but the bigger unit worked perfectly up until it didn't. Seemed to me like a faulty switchboard, kept telling me that the tank was full or auto defrosting when it wasn't. So i contacted the team probreeze team through WhatsApp and what a great team and very food customer service. They arranged for the faulty unit to be collected promptly and as soon as it was they offered me an option of a full refund or store credit for the full amount. I opted for the store credit as I needed another dehumidifier the credit was available straight away for me to use within an hour of the old unit being collected. The new unit arrived a day later. Absolute smashing customer service, very helpful and kept in the loop as to where the process was up to. Big Thankyou.

Lost order - new replacement

My original order was lost with the courier, I contacted the seller Pro Breeze and I couldn't believe their customer service, it was brilliant, a replacement dehumidifier was despatched and "Shine" kept me informed every step of the way. This is a professional company and I will certainly be using them again. Well done to all!

Excellent customer service

I bought a Probreeze oil filled radiator for my elderly father in March last year. Unfortunately he had a fall a few weeks ago and had to go into hospital. When he returned home his radiator was not working, (it was a few days after the one year warranty had expired)

After corresponding with Probreeze they very kindly gave me a store credit to spend on a replacement heater for my father which I have done.
Thank you to Hansen and Eklis who always replied very quickly.
I would recommend Probreeze to all my friends and family.

Unit arrived with defective styrofoam packing.
Unit is very difficult to remove filled water tank.
Water tank is missing a indicator ball in visual opening to know how much water is in tank.

Bad customer service

Decent enough product. Came broken due to tesco or probreeze fault Im not sure. Stuck in a loop of bad customer service between pro breeze and tesco. Machine started making mechanical whirring noise after a few weeks. Then my refund was rejected twice and no further updates. Shocking tbh.

Great customer service

I needed tech support regarding the installation of an infrared heater purchased. When I looked for their customer service number and was redirected to a WhatsApp number I braced myself for a painfully slow chat with a bot. Instead, a human (#Hansen) answered my messages, in a timely manner even though it was on the weekend, and answered all my questions in detail. When we figured out the heater wouldn't be suitable for my space they helped me process a return and refund super quick even though I had originally purchased through B&Q and not them. It is disappointing I couldn't keep the product, but their quality of customer service made me feel confident about buying any of their products on the future! :)
