WARNING - multiple fails and poor customer serviceke…
After being told that it would take around 12-18 working days, we heard nothing for more than 4 weeks.
Then we got an SMS telling us that their replacement didn't work and I would need to pay another 899kr for a fully working battery. Left with no choice (and no way of knowing if this was needed), I paid.
I received the battery, but not the charger I had paid for, and the battery doesn't work with my charger.
No apology, only an offer of an extended warranty.
I have since discovered that the battery will charge, but only with a charger bought from them - my other (OEM) charger, bought 2 months earlier from Babboe won't do it. So, there is another cost.
All of this with no phone calls and only a web form for contact.
Do yourself a favour and just buy a new battery.
