Waiting since more then 3 weeks that they respond and explain why they suddenly disabled trading on my account. I used it more then half a year for very active trading and had nohing like this. First they disabled withdrawals and then bit later disabled trading. After asking they wrote me one mail that said they will send my case to an specialist but the failed to explain what is going on. I mean at least say what is wrong??? Very disappointing. Also they are not responding anymore to my mails.

Update: i got my case closed and got a automated mail that said everything back to normal, obviously it is still not working. Now it is 1.5months and i opened a new ticket. Worst customer service ever, I use a lot of exchanges and never had it that 1.5months nobody responded to my case! Dont use this exchange, horrible.

The exchange works well, but if you need to contact support for anything but the most basic of reasons then you are going to have a very hard time. They are not interested in investigating real problems/bugs. They ask for the same information many times. They then give some copy paste answer that makes no sense. Hopefully one day my case will be escalated or reach someone competent. The problem is not even hard to understand, which makes me think they just don't care.

The user interface is generally good and the crypto. options on offer is varied, although not as wide-ranging as Binance. Deposits into your account are incredibly fast via Faster Payments (so better than CEX.IO here). You can also place market orders if that's your thing, so better than GATE.IO here. However, the biggest issue with Coinbase Pro is that their Support is seemingly populated by robots who just spout the same thing again and again, even if you provide extra context or information. The level of Support is less than admirable. You can end up wasting hours of your time trying to explain basic concepts to people who simply don't understand the idea you're trying to convey. It can be frustrating.

I thought this was a "pro" version of an exchange but it actually can seem limited in some things, i.e. you cannot WITHDRAW MATIC to the Polygon network (you can do this on Binance for example) but rather it goes to Ethereum (there's no choice you can make)... thankfully it's not lost, but the user interface asks for a MATIC address and you give it one and it tells you it's OK (green text saying it's valid) and then sends it to Ethereum - that surprised me as everything prior to that indicated it was going to the MATIC MAINNET. I say that including the fees... the fee was displayed as "8" before I withdrew - it turned out to be a fee of $30 in ETH!

I think this should be re-branded Coinbase Basic. When I tried to explain this discrepancy (because ADA is most definitely withdrawn to the ADA Blockchain in the exact same way) they truly didn't seem to understand. A very strange Support experience. So there's pluses and minuses to using this Exchange. 2 stars because my Support failure is still fresh in my mind.

I've currently asked to escalate the issue to a Manager in the hope that they might understand my point - at least that their user interface should say - "hang on, you're about to withdraw MATIC, but don't expect it to go to the MATIC MAINNET" - they do provide this warning on DEPOSITS... that's the most interesting thing I found out after my little issue. I did a check, if you're DEPOSITING MATIC then it clearly pops up a dialogue saying - "be careful, only send ERC-20 here"... if they had that same dialogue on WITHDRAWAL the issue would never have arisen.

I downloaded the Coinbase Pro mobile app the sent my bank savings into the Coinbase Pro account and a few weeks passed and now the app disappeared on both my mobile and my laptop!
I have tried to re download the app and I have been blocked in doing so on Google Play and the Coinbase site. I cannot get help!
I have never seen such poor support from a financial institution of this magnitude! No live help, who do I call?

I use pro-Coinbase all the time. I have never had any issues with them. The app and web based applications are easy to use. No problems depositing and withdrawing funds to my U.K. bank account. Fees are very low once you trade over $100,000.
Top trading site, cannot recommend highly enough!

So far I never had any problems. I love this app. People writing bad comments because the app is crashing so much, I think they are just impatient.

Opened account easily. Sold crypto. Went to register bank to withdraw, error message appears. I went via coinbase to verify account, £2 verification went to their account and back but still says 'waiting for deposit'.

Absolutely useless assistance. 4 tickets later and got nowhere, they just fob with me off saying things like i'm not eligible (grrrr), or they've done something; no change my end, or try again. Then they close the help request. Each time I waited between 7-10 days for a response.

Always crashes when you most need it most expensive fees and zero cundromer service they will not answer messages please avoid

This app has cost me a significant amount of money. At the most vital times it freezes up and wont allow access. The O.S constantly over loads, shuts down or freezes. So when its time to make money don't plan on making a move. Then when going down, still cant access or make a move. Its extremely frustrating, overall i am disappointed. It seems they have there priorities mixed up instead of maintenance and efficiency all they care about is the money they make. Ill tell you that part works great they never missed a fee. The only pro is the trading fee's but so you know you never actually own the coins handout they belong to the company.

Read the reviews. They are horrible and will steal fees from you for failed transactions. The withdraw modal does not calculate the withdraw correctly with your available withdraw, and they don't tell you until you submit.

You will SUBMIT, then the transaction will fail and then they take the fee. It's just terrible. You can keep repeating this while the fees kept getting taken.

I really DO hate Coinbase Pro.

coinbase pro is decent company but their maintance is just always on time and that is bad

This con exchange has robbed me off! Avoid at all cost! They charged me £20+ for a single crypto exchange transaction! which is so insanely massive and unfair!

They are loads of sky high hidden and unhidden fees, they robbed me off at day light! avoid this con exchange service at all cost. They are loads of other much better and inexpensive competitive crypto exchanges out there such as Binance, KuCoin, OKEx, Gemmini, Gate.io, etc

Terrible service!!!

I am not able to make transactions, I just see a random error when I try to do so...

I contacted the support to explain my case: two weeks later and nobody answers me!
W.T.F. coinbase?! Big loss because of incompetence

Where do we start with how bad are Coinbase and Coinbase Pro?
1) Coinbase asked me three times to verify my I.D and each time they confirmed by email that my I.D had been verified and everything was fine. 2) Three times in that same email they said that a $5 bitcoin reward was on its way to my account! That was in December 2020 and beginning of March 2021. The $5 bitcoin reward never appeared in my account...
2) I transfered a small amount of XRP into my Coinbase Pro on Jan 5th 2021. Then coinbase informed me that they were suspending any buy or sale of XRP on their platform which meant that I had to transfer out of Coinbase my XRPs to another platform in order to sell my XRP or buy more... I tried at least half a dozen times to transfer out of Coinbase and within a few minutes or hours I would receive an email informing me that the withdrawal was canceled for the following reason:
"You are currently unable to send XRP. Please contact support."
I contacted many times Support and once they said they have passed my case to a specialist and never heard again from Coinbase.
Myself and my XRP are prisoners of the incompetence of and lack of duty of care from Coinbase.
They want to be listed on the stock market but they can even organise a simple withdrawal of crypto from their useless platform to a better run and managed external one!!!!

Very easy to setup, use and transfer money in and out of the account

I've used CB Pro for some time and have had no issues or problems. I can't comment on Customer Support since I have never had to use it.

Blocked my cards from being used with no explanation. Asked for an increase in my limits, denied with no reason.
Transferred $1K to coinbase pro, takes 7 days to clear, in 2021. Steer clear of this service.

CoinBase blocked my account without any reason explaining to me. They just informed me about investigation. When next I tried to log in account is 'temporary blocked'.
Tickets submitted, email sent, password reset multiple times, engaged via chat. Result: now it passed 6 weeks. Account still temporary blocked. No feedback from support. My funds stuck.
Be aware of incompetence of CoinBase.
I would appreciate LEGAL advise how to deal with this situation.
