The 1A-product I ordered got delivered to Germany by DPD with tracking-information after 5 working days without any problems. JUST FIVE DAYS
I am very pleased with the uncomplicated order transaction.

My order was Cannondale Topstone 4 in beautiful mango colour. I got in touch with support team via WhatsApp before placing an order, the communication was transparent and always quick.

I made sure the shipping is free of charge & asked about the expected length. I was informed the bike had to be shipped from external warehouse and should be delivered within 10 days.

After couple of days unfortunately, I was informed there will be a delay of 1-2 weeks due to misunderstanding with the warehouse. I was offered the same type in different colour or a refund if preferred.

I decided to wait and I was informed about the new expected date of shipping. Once shipped, I received a confirmation from DHL right away, bike arrived to Slovakia in 3 days. The condition of the delivered bike was perfect and overal, I would totally recommend buying from here.

The prices, communication and quality of the product was great! 5* from me :)

Great contact, immediate reply to any question. Payment made and 2 days later my frame arrived in Vienna/Austria. It's not possible making it quicker.
The frame ist first quality - I absolutely can recomend this store without reservation. Top !!

Despite the great reviews, I have to say I had a very negative experience. They say the bike arrives pre-assembled, but my bike arrived with the brakes, gears, etc. completely unadjusted.

Verry good customer service the guy is straight to the point and verry helpful 10/10 would order again from here.

Ordered a very expensive bike from Pro-M store late December 2022. Sending was quick. DHL delivered the bike with a small damage to the fork. After a couple of WhatsApp messages (With Alessia, she is a very good communicator and speaks perfect English) a solution was found and all cost involved covered by Pro-M store.
Absolute amazing customer service till the end. There is always a tiny chance that something could happen during shipping items, bikes etc. But if the shop has such an excellent customer service and is very helpful in providing a solution, then I can safely recommend Pro-M store ! Beside all this, they also had a fantastic offer on the Specialized bike I bought. I will shop here again and highly recommend Pro-M store and once again thank you Alessia for your super service.

I can't say enough kind words about this store. The customer care is excellent. One thing that could be better is the range of products available as I am often not able to find what I am looking for but I think that they will get there someday. Thank you.

Update (14/10/2022): After some communication issue at the beginning (the GLS courier being partly responsible), Pro-M store took very good care of my warranty claim on the defective item. They came to collect it free of charge at my place to start the warranty claim process, and eventually a replacement is on its way for me, all of that free of charge. Very professional.

I recommend them and will order again in the future.

original review (07/09/2022):I have contacted the customer service for a warranty claim on a tire the 2nd of september with some pictures.
Pro-M answered me the 7th of september that they want to have a look at the tire as the pictures are not enough and they say that they will send a courier to pick up the tire on the 9th of september and I should be present.
I have waited the whole day and nobody came to pick up the parcel nor try to contact me. Since then I have written to them 3 more times to ask for some update and they never answered me anymore.
