Very bad service
Very bad service, 3 weeks before they said confirm to give the service but after that no one picked up the call, that was happened twice 😕.

Although we hadn’t started the service, we were receiving calls almost every day for three weeks—often outside our usual working hours—which made it tricky to manage things properly.
We were about to finalise the agreement for renting 20 chef’s whites weekly, but during our last conversation, I became a bit sceptical. It seemed the owner might have misunderstood how the service works, possibly thinking he’d be getting 20 new coats every week rather than a rental.
With over 1,000 commercial laundries available across Greater Manchester, it’s surprising that instead of exploring other options, we kept getting persistent calls well beyond reasonable hours.
As a fellow business owner, leaving a 1-star review before we even started—based on this misunderstanding and the frequent out-of-hours contact—doesn’t feel fair and isn’t representative of the service we offer to our regular customers.
