Messers!! Don't waste your time.
Initially told 2 hours, never showed up. Called for an update, was told he'd find out where the driver was and call back. No one returned my call. Phoned again, no answer. Went backwards and forwards all day, cost us a days work waiting round. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, was told someone would be here 9 o'clock this morning but of course no show again. Rang another company, who were here and finished in half hour. Ironically when we explained we were let down by another company, they knew exactly who.

Absolute shower of s***
Absolute shower of s***, made my daughter wait at Clacket Lane services for 5 hours before their grubby fitter who barely spoke English turned up puffing on his cigarette... their call operator continually told us they’d be with her soon, all evening.! Lying bunch of amateur shysters.

I’m sorry that you and your daughter had this experience. I would like to clarify that all of our tyre fitters are English speaking and at point of employment when conducting our health questionnaires we ensure that our fitters are not smokers inside or outside of work for health and safety reasons.
You are welcome to discuss this with us further should you wish to as we have had a few reviews in the past retracted due to the realisation that they were referring to a company with a similar name.
