Thank you very much for your order and review.
I have looked into your order and I would like to confirm that all customised orders can take up to 20 working days. Every time a customised or personalised order is placed we then have to customise the garments specifically for that order. This was the case with your garment as we had to embroider the company logo onto the left breast for you. Your order was customised and delivered to you in 10 working days which included our standard shipping of 3 - 5 days.
