As legal counsel for the creditor

As legal counsel for the creditor, we confirm a lawsuit has been filed in California against JC DOSSIER INC, Jennifer Chou, and Daniel Gordineer for maliciously defaulting on a documented debt of $400,571.40. Despite written commitments, they refuse to pay and ignore communications. Such conduct undermines all business trust. The public and court will scrutinize these actions. Fulfill your obligations now.

20% discount means costly shipping

I was ordering shoes from privileged , 3 pair to be exact. With a 20% off discount. Went to check out and they were going to charge me $23.00 7- 14 day delivery , for shipping!!! When last night I purchased 4 pair of shoes from a different store located in the same area as privileged and the shipping was a mere $7.00 per the entire order 4-7 day delivery. Needless to say I was stunned by the total after checkout so I just canceled the order, was looking on the site for unsubscribe and don't see it anywhere, I really wanted those shoes but I'm not willing to pay the shipping cost at that amount especially that it can take 2 weeks . The other store I have ordered from will be here within one week and at a third of the cost shipping from the same city. The store I did order from sells shoes by privileged on occasion . That is shady to give a 20%discount then make up for if in charging high shipping cost that takes a long time to be delivered. Not shopping direct there any more.

They do not honor their returns/refund policy

Great in communication when you need to purchase or exchange something but when it comes to returns, they will receive the return item and then cease to communicate when it comes to refunding. I returned an item and even after they received the item they did not refund my money. I sent countless email and NOTHING!!! I had to open a claim with my credit card company to get a refund. I will NEVER shop here again. With that being said if you are absolutely sure that what you are purchasing you are going to keep then have at it because when it comes to refunds/returns this company will take their item AND your money!!
