Privilege.one, crypto mining company : SCAM!

Crypto mining company: MLM, SCAM!
They lie on their home page ensuring an 8% ROI per month.
It takes weeks to get an answer by email.
I was told by one of their affiliates Marc Reiss Kassel that my investment will be blocked for 1 year and that I could get it back after that year. Now I received an answer from the company that they do not intend to refund me but I will still get my interests from my mining shares and they hope to have better returns.
When you invest in mining shares with them, you need to wait +/- 2 months to get your first interests. I invested +/- 2500€ (0.42 BTC at that time) and after 9 months I received 0.03 BTC in total. Calculating ROI in BTC : 0.03/0.42 = 7.14% in 9 months.
I do not understand why they keep on lying on their home page with 8% ROI by month.
The Bitcoin tripled its value in less than a year (ROI 300% in 9 months), the exchanges never reached such high volumes than this year, and they are only able to make 7.14%.
Those are just facts, make your opinion.
