I stumbled upon privat.patient while browsing through different forums and based on the reviews, decided to give it a try. The option of online appointment booking was really convenient. I was able to schedule a meeting after my working hours and, what was particularly important for me, was able to get a consultation in English. I was in search of a policy that would cover private hospital and doctors, aware that I was generally late in doing so for my needs, but Stephan managed to find a few options that could work, guided me through pros and cons of each, and gave me enough time to consider them. This appointment was non-binding, so I had freedom to stop the process at any point if I wanted to. Moving forward, the communication went mostly asynchronously via emails, which I found really practical. When I chose the policy, I got very detailed instructions how to fill in the paperwork and then just forwarded it to privat.patient. And when the insurance company asked for additional documentation after the application was submitted, privat.patient also acted as a proxy, meaning - I never once had to communicate with anyone else apart from my consultant at privat.patient. The whole process was fast and smooth, I really couldn't have wished for a better service. Warm recommendation!
