Privato card stole all customers money using a US Bank name to a scam. US Bank Involved.
I started to use privatocard.com but they run away with my 40 usd, because they retired it from my us bank account and also they stole 0.01 btc I sent to the address they gave me to deposit money on the visa virtual card they gave us. They are in combination with EXT. ROSSLYN. technology llc . They must be punished by the United States Law for using they bank names to trick and scam US people. I committed to alert to the competent authorities of the US.

This is a super scam
This is a super scam, someone should sue you for stealing from people. A week ago I bought this prepaid card from the privatocard.com website and after registering it with the US Bank everything seemed normal until I sent 500USD in BTC to the address of the card. Now the website is out of service for a week and my money was stolen. They are scammers and I will make the official complaint.

I've heard a lot about Privato Cards
I've heard a lot about Privato Cards, and how easy is to use. I live in Cuba, and for us is almost impossible to get a Visa Card, but trough Privato digital card we are experiencing a whole new way of possibilities. I want to thank Privato for such a fine job.
Have some questions:
1- will the plastic card from Privato work fine here in Cuba on ATM?
2- Is there any additional fee or problem for using the card in Cuba?

They change the bitcoin address without any notification and they stole my satosis, the address where I sent them continues to work.
By writing a negative comment here my account is blocked with my money.
Be careful with this pirate company.
Edit: The problem is your smtp server is not working with gmail and without notificaction it is impossible I know the new address.
And you know this is correct.

Hi there! Privato Card deposit addresses randomize several times a year in order to protect your privacy. It doesn't help your anonymity if you have the same deposit address the entire duration of your card. Our clients demand this level of anonymity and we are sorry that you failed to keep the following three things in mind:
First, we have the email delivery receipt that you were notified on June 20, 2020 of the upcoming address change that would be completed on July 1, 2020.
Second, from our FAQ (Will my Bitcoin address change?):
"To protect your privacy we will refresh your Bitcoin address from time to time. You must ensure that you are able to receive email notices at your registered email address. If your inbox is full or you have not whitelisted 'support@privatocard.com', you may miss the address update. Bitcoin that is sent to an expired address cannot be recovered. It is your responsibility to ensure you receive and read all communications from Privato Card."
Third, from our Terms and Conditions (Section 10: "Your Responsibility to Receive Electronic Mail Communications"):
We will send you periodic email communications that may address your purchased services including card alerts, load instructions, bitcoin deposit addresses and feature upgrades. It is your responsibility to ensure that all communication from support@privatocard.com can be received by your email account. To achieve this you must keep your inbox less than full and you must whitelist support@privatocard.com. If we can demonstrate that we successfully delivered an electronic communication (using webhooks and cookies), yet you did not receive and/or read it, you assume full liability and responsibility for any negative effects, as we have met our burden of responsibility to deliver an essential electronic communication to you. Please note that failed card loads and service disruptions that occur as a result of a missed communication cannot be reversed, corrected or refunded if we have met our burden to deliver the communication.
The bottom line is this: if you spent as much effort following our program guidelines as you do trying to destroy various companies' reputations online, you wouldn't have had this issue. Also, you were incredible rude to our staff, which violated our abusive client policy, so yes, we terminated your account in accordance with our Terms of Use. We wish you luck in your search for a more suitable provider. And we wish them luck too!
Also: for Trustpilot's reference, this is this client's second 1 star review that he's left us in a week. He's also threatened us that he would change this to 5 star stars if we reopen his account, even though he broke the terms and conditions of the account. I tried it out with a small amount of money and everything has worked so far. It's more of a peer to peer type setup like local bitcoins or paxful but run by one group with a set 5-8% total transfer fee plus a monthly $1-$5. Actually I read a page full of thousands of 1 star stolen money reviews about CASH APP before I used it. I use cash app every day with no problems but I wonder what happens to money on the card if privato gets shut down.

i want to open a legal business account…
i want to open a legal business account with Privato the reason our main export market is Africa and unfortunately, the local banks the very third time put my Business bank account on review but did not close my account and the reason is our most customers are from Grey list countries. I set up an anonymous account with free email as: agent.sourcing at the rate of gmail dot com. but the function are not working properly.
my question are:
1) will we be provided ATM debit card or Pre-paid Master card that is workable in Hong Kong ?
2) Do we are safe and is legal to set up business account ?
3) Is having account with Privato Bank will have no negative effect on Hong Kong Government Taxation or Banking system ?
4) Grey listed country transfer of funds will effect my account ?
I prefer to receive answer by return email or on this same platform.
Reason to explain my problem here on open platform is to get some other suggestions and guidance too.

(1) Yes, we welcome your account, no issues. You said that you weren’t able to receive the account activation instructions at gmail? That is the first we’ve heard this complaint. However, we have activated your account manually for: agent.sourcing@gmail.com. You can now log-in.
(2) Yes, our debit cards (both virtual and physical) have been tested and work in Hong Kong.
(3) We don’t differentiate our accounts of personal vs. business, but you can absolutely use our account for business purposes.
(4) As you are anonymous to us, we have no way to report your income to any authority. That responsibility is yours. We are simply your anonymous payment provider.
(5) No, grey listed countries won’t affect your account. We were built to serve the traditional banking needs of the non- and under-banked community.
(6) Chargeback issues are handled by our credit/debit card processor, Jubiter and Coingate. You should be fine.
