Quickly replaced our faulty spring pump controller
Came out as agreed on a very cold day, figured out the fault quickly and even had replacement parts on the van. Good friendly service.

First time dealing with the company. Everyone I spoke with and emailed was caring and attentive. Where another company simply send a large bill, Springhill explained what was required and gave a clear idea of cost. No surprises. Highly recommended.

Emergency callout
Called out on late Saturday afternoon as our domestic borehole was not working. Agreed to have the engineer to attend on Sunday am , as an emergency callout, although saturday was mooted as an option. Decided that was impractical as it was dark, a long way etc etc and we could wait until the next day.
We use Springhill for all our borehole and filtration needs and have found them to be extremely professional, efficient and pleasant people to work with. Wouldn't use anyone else.

My water system was installed by Springhill about 5 years ago and they service it every year for me, their service is 100%. Nice people to deal with, turn up when they say they will. Brilliant company to deal with.
