Older patient, feeling safe with this company
As an older patient with some health issues, it was important for me to feel safe with weight loss treatment. I am so glad I chose Privatedoc as they are always prompt to answer any medical or other questions, and I can trust them to take care of me. The ordering service is easy and efficient, and there is always someone to contact if I want to discuss side effects or altering my dose.

Not in best interests of the patient
Offered a service they were unable to deliver. Should do through all the appropriate checks to decide whether they would be happy to prescribe before taking payment. Took a long time to make a decision, which now has affected my treatment moving forward. Not happy with the service
