Beware
Beware! Mystery box was complete trash. I won a Ken Griffey Jr. Mystery Box auction (over $50) and received a single low grade baseball card with a bent edge. I could have bought this card for a dollar in much better condition. I understand not all boxes are winners, but at least provide quality items. Definitely not so pristine!

Overall experience with the company is great as a customer. I do think some people are surprised that some of the extra charges when they make a purchase at first also love watching the live auction, but from a seller standpoint, I think the five and seven second auction a lot of the cards are going to cheap. I think with an extension that There is a better chance of profit percentage as a buyer Sure it’s great. I myself think the experience overall with their company is outstanding. Keep up the good work.

As we discussed, while authentication companies regularly update their systems, a high volume of entries can occasionally lead to an item being missed or incorrectly listed. The fix is often as simple as submitting a direct update request to the company.

Poor packaging and damage
Autographed boxing glove was signed in silver ink and was significantly smeared when it arrived. It was wrapped in a plastic bag tightly and smeared all over plastic and on glove. Signature looks horrible when arrived. I emailed customer service photos and they did not care. I mean, how can you do this??? Package items with greater care and follow up with a genuine response. I am done with these guys. This has happened on multiple occasions with no real customer service!
