Excellent company to deal with, made from ordering online to delivery effortless. Very helpful staff members, especially the gentleman that I dealt with, who have personally thanked.
Beautiful lamps, Calex Vienna, is what I purchased. Will definitely use again. Boxed well to avoid damage as fragile.

Excellent products!
Excellent products, excellent service and easy to order. Should be a 5 star review really, and it would of been if not for the fact they use Parcel Force to distribute. True to form they seem incapable of sticking to a delivery window or even delivery day. The only remarkable thing is that they managed to find my address. On a number of occasions this has proved a task too complicated even when every Sat Nav created by man leads you to my front door!

Too much plastic used in packaging though. Can easily get paper "bubble wrap" these days.

Thank you for your review and order. As our bulbs are incredibly fragile, we have to use extra packaging to assure that they arrive safely with our wonderful customers. To keep our carbon footprint as low as possible, we only use recycled packaging as we believe that there is enough packaging in the world and do not want to create anymore ourselves.
Thank you for bringing this to us though, if we can reduce the amount further we will endeavour to do so.
