Cancelled my order without an explanation, tried to contact them to see what had happened or if they can complete my order with a different product but have had no reply. I've now had to go elsewhere and pay for express delivery to ensure the job can be completed in time

To mention that you have not received any reason for the cancellation is incorrect.
