From start to finish they were excellent.within 2 days of our initial contact via their website design your on door we had an appointment with their sales rep , very competitive price, and we were talked through the process and advice given re our new front door .a few days later a survey was done and 3 weeks later the door was fitted.the fitters were polite and clean and tidy in their work .less than 3 hrs and job done .were were kept updated from start to finish with e mails confirming appointments.excellent customer service

The two fitters who came to fit the replacement windows were Mike and Jacob. They were very friendly, covered the floor with sheets and got the job done in a very reasonable time. The windows make the flat look so much nicer, reduced traffic noise and a definite improvement with draughts. A big thank you to Mike and Jacob.

Just had our new front door fitted by Mike. Very polite young man and made a really good job of the installation. Service from Prior Products excellent from start to finish. Would happily recommend.

Prior products were a class act throughout. Not only do they quote at their best price (unlike other big brands) they are so friendly and helpful along the way. From first contact with Simon in sales who is very knowledgeable and doesn’t try to up sell etc through to Mike the fitter who is so polite and goes above and beyond. Great windows, they have completely transformed the appearance of our house both inside and out and are so much warmer too. The team at Prior Products were easy to deal with from start to finish and a special mention for the guys on the fitting team who were tidy, polite and quick. I would highly recommend this company, they simply couldn't have done more for us and I don't know why we didn't get our new windows sooner.

Having previously used Prior Products for replacement windows several years ago, we ordered new doors in September.
Our new front door (October) and new electric garage door (November) were fitted by Mike, who was very courteous and explained the process before he started, as well as keeping us updated as the work progressed, finding solutions for a couple of potential issues with the fitting of the garage door before they became problems. We are very pleased with the quality of the products and the workmanship provided.

We used prior products for our new front door and we highly recommend their service. The process was very easy, we could design our own door online and then Geoff came out to go through the full quote and all the features we could have.
Mike, who installed the door was also excellent. He explained the full process, was very friendly, ensured everything was clean when he left and the door is perfect!

From start to finish prior products have been absolutely amazing.
From the initial quote to fitment they were great. Cannot recommend them enough. Mike and his colleague came and started on the Wednesday, due to the whether Mike had to come back on the Monday to complete the job. We had the entire house done and it threw up some surprises when they started taking the old windows out.
Any questions I had Mike answered for me, he showed me everything I needed to know.

Very pleased with Prior Products and the overall service from start to finish. Matt who installed our door was very professional and knowledgeable. Communications with Prior were excellent both face to face in the showroom, telephone and onsite.

From initial visit from Simon,and competively priced whilst there,also follow up visit from Phil to check.Had five windows and a door fitted on by Mike who single-handedly fitted all,and made a superb job of them,and fitted each to perfection! Mike is a true professional and a really nice man,nothing too much trouble and just works hard until he’s happy with each fitting. The quality of the frames and door are absolutely top notch! From my first enquiry to the final door fitting Neil, Phil and Matt made it a stress free experience. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all helpful and friendly. I am absolutely thrilled with my new front door.

Matt fitted our new front door and side panel. Very friendly and professional. Clean and tidy at end of job and even hoovered for me. Would happily use Prior again.
