Horrible customer care
Horrible customer care. I ordered tires, was sent the wrong style/size (sent bald tires). The company had me take pictures to send them of the wrong tires, after receiving them they refused to send me the correct tires. I had to contact ebay to get a refund started so I could get any response from Priority Tire after their company sent me the wrong tires like it was my fault. During the 4-5 times calling their customer service, each time took at least 15-20 minutes for someone to answer, I was not allowed to speak to a manager or someone in charge (it's not allowed in their policy). I was forced to wait 4 days for my refund after the tires I sent back to them were obtained. I would not recommend this company to anyone for the simple fact that they care nothing about customer care, absolutely horrible to not take any responsibility for their mistake and make it out to be my/ebay's fault somehow.

We cannot comment in detail since we cannot identify this order just yet, but we can advise that we have several precautions to avoid sending out any incorrect tires - and in the rare cases where that does happen, we obviously do provide a Free Return!
For eBay specifically it's a moot point, considering that all eBay returns must be formalized through their return process, and we do provide Free prepaid FedEx labels for each and every one of them, especially in cases like this.
Other than that, we do apologize if you waited for an inordinate amount of time to reach us; we've been exceedingly busy recently, but steps have been taken to address this with improvements to our methodology and workforce. It's not acceptable to have such delays and our leadership and agents alike are doing all they can to improve significantly.
With that said, although we understand your frustration if we did send incorrect tires, we cannot ship replacements until the original tires are returned - or at least in transit back; this is our company policy and obviously there's no rhyme or reason to speak with management when the agents are explicitly enforcing the correct policies.
Overall, we do strive to only send out correct tires and help customers with whatever request they have, and do apologize if anything went wrong in this specific case.

Replacing a tire on a classic car
I had a tire that blew and needed to replace only 1 tire on my classic car. On my car was the Hanook tire. Priority Tire was able to match the tire exactly. I appreciate their help in getting me the right tire.
