Absolutely ruined my Christmas because they lied and said the item shipped and it didn’t. 14 days after I ordered it still hasn’t shipped, I also paid for faster shipping. Pathetic company making money on peoples love

Ordered 9 days ago hasn't shipped and get nothing but robot responses on emails absolutely trash do not order anything from this company.

This company charged me a second time after buying a $20 plaque, resulting in me cancelling my card and having the Bank's fraud team investigate and refund the transaction. They suspect this company would continue to debit my account without any authorization- Whatever you do, do not ruin your Christmas by buying anything from this company

Absolutely pathetic service and they use Chat-GPT/a bot to auto respond to all email inquiries. I'm more than two weeks from order date and my order still hasn't shipped. This place is 100% a scam and all the reviews on the website are completely fabricated. This place should be shut down immediately.

I’m in Australia. I purchased the print as well as the night stand. I paid for express shipping and all I received in the mail was the stand. The print was never sent. It’s an absolute scam.

I complained the day I received it and they said I’ve gone too long to get any refund.

Horrible... Paid for 2 day shipping and 5 days after the order was placed it was still NOT SHIPPED. Customer service SUCKS! Non responsive. AVOID at all costs.

Customer service does not check email regularly. Took a week to get a response in regards to cancelling my order. By the time they bothered to respond, the order was mailed already. Just poor customer service.

Complete scam. Ordering from Australia, UPS shipping number does not align with Auspost number and does not exist. When I initially emailed customer support they assured me "it is at the destination hub awaiting customs clearance". That was weeks ago and still no sign. When sending emails requesting a refund, line has gone dead. Will be seeking support through my back to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. For those who are in a similar situation as me from this company, I would recommend filing a complaint with the FTC

Had an email saying parcel delivered but nothing turned up at my house. The tracking numbers don’t work and when you email the company for help they don’t answer you. Stay well away 👍

My order was submitted with a typo. I immediately submitted a support ticket with my correction. I also followed up directly with support. I proceeded to follow up multiple times as the only response I had received was automated.

They finally responded days later saying I had submitted my correction too late and their production team hadn't received my ticket in time. Completely because THEIR support team sat on my ticket. If they even shared it to begin with.

I did just get a notice that my entirely useless order has shipped!

I have filed a dispute with my bank.

Look elsewhere for your sentimental gift needs.

Im in Australia. Been 5 weeks since i ordered. Have emailed multiple times but no answer dont bother.

Very decent product that lives up to what they advertise on there site. can recommend the plaque this product is worth every penny.

The government should really look into these shady businesses masquerading as legitimate businesses...this is unfair to the citizens who fall victims to these crimes...I ordered what I perceived was legitimate products (bikes) for my son'sbirthday...4 weeks later, way after his birthday has come and gone, I didn't receive my products..i tracked it, it tells me it has shipped...I waited patiently..then all of a sudden, I tried tracking it again, it says they were delivered...holy sh!t...200 usd later..STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESSES PLEASE..AND I AM GOING TO REPORT TO BBB (BETTER BUSINESSES BUREAU) and I suggest whoever have been scammed do the same...

poor quality, the order arrived two months later, and in the end it came all scratched up that I was embarrassed to give it away

BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They’re shady. I placed my order almost 2 weeks ago and have constantly followed up with them for a tracking link or shipped email but to no avail. The rep has been responsive but just keeps going in circles about how he has no control of their outgoing dept. I asked for a full refund but they aren’t “allowed” to do that. You can probably get the same thing on etsy for cheaper. I’ve reported them to my credit card company and have requested a refund from them. You’ve been warned. Don’t do it.

Just reviewed my order that was placed on 12/3/22. Yes, it’s June. Didn’t include all that I ordered and got the the date wrong.

Pretty disappointed overall. The plaque itself is fine but the map they printed doesn't even have the name of the street that was submitted, all the other streets around it are labelled but not the one I actually wanted to see. A pin indicating the location would have been ideal as well but there is nothing like that.
Would not recommend.
Also the wooden lighted stand is not great quality.

I don't have much to say because there's a lot of people saying the same thing I'm thinking. If you want some advice and at least learn how to cut the plexiglass and upgrade your printer. My glass is all chipped up and didn't even send the stand I paid for. Screw this place!!

Total Scam! It's been 22 days since my item "shipped" but the tracking number has no info. 4 attempts to contact them and nothing. Tried calling the number on their website and it's a disconnected number. I'll be contesting this with my CC company.
