Bad quality and bad service
I have used them for several years. At first they were fast and good prices. But the prices have increased and for me the service is bad and the quality is bad. Recently, they have delivered pop up or bubble flags for 163 EURO per PCS. and they are of such poor quality that they cannot stand on their own outside. My customer is mad and won't pay for them unless he got them in about the same quality as he had before., they were to be used for an event and not a single bubble flag, stood up during the day, they all lie down. PrintXL is trying to say that I must have assembled them wrong, they have always run with this quality for many years, etc. They are just stalling and trying to blame me. Unfortunately, I have now lost the customer, so there is only one who pays the bill for PrintXL and that is me. After 2-3 weeks they offered to send them back so that they could examine the flags, but now it doesn't matter, the customer has left the flags with me and says that he would not pay for the poor quality. Unfortunately, PrintXL wanted the money in advance and I can understand that, because otherwise I would not have paid it. I have to say that this is not the only time that I have been exposed to very poor quality, the last time it was some A5 paper blocks, it also cost me the customer and a lot of money because they couldn't do the job.
