Don’t reply to emails about faulty product
Really wanted to leave a good review as the puzzles designs are wonderful and with purpose however ordered 3 puzzles. First one was great but the 2nd as alot of damaged pieces, I didn’t bother counting them all but just the edge pieces 14% were damaged

Disappointed customer :(
Puzzles received, however a few pieces are damaged which I had emailed about and followed up with another email, but received no reply still. Slightly disappointing as I have been following this company for some time and had high hopes for the products/service.
Also asked a question regarding where would be a good place to get a frame to fit the puzzle for display, but still no reply. :(

Lovely design - question construction wuality
Lovely design, happy to support artists however this is just a traditional cardboard puzzle and some pieces were damaged even before I had started the puzzle - hopefully that’s a one off as designs are grear
