one big scam sight

Scam company website deleted now do not use

0 stars actually. this company was obviously 1 big scam. took my money in October but now does not even have a website.

I was sent an email 2weeks ago telling me my order has been despatched it says del after despatch is 2/3 days, it’s now 2weeks and still have not received them, I’ve sent emails to the company with no response back it’s ridiculous

I would leave zero if I could. Absolutely awful company who clearly rip a lot of people off. Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. Appalling customer service and don't send the items.

I ordered 2 canvasses in January, heard nothing till the 13th February. Then was sent a tracking link to evri. The link said evri was expecting it. They have now been expecting it for near enough 2 weeks, spoke to evri and they said they hadn't been sent the items and issue was with the seller. So I emailed the company and had no reply. So I found them on Facebook so messaged them on there. They sent me a generic reply asking for the order number then didn't bother to reply till I messaged again when I was told there was a glitch at the parcel shop and my item was on its way and would update shortly. Which is still hasn't 5 days on and they now ain't replying. So I have started a PayPal dispute.

Do yourself a favour don't order from them. Plenty more reputable companies out there save yourself the hassle.

I ordered 3 canvas pictures and I’m very pleased with my results. They are up on my wall and look fabulous. I will definitely order from here again.

Just received my 3 A4 canvas prints.
They feel damp and one seems loose. I’m gonna dry them out. Overall , they are lovely. £5 each with postage. Can’t really grumble. My daughter is now looking to order.

Canvas look awful, the pictures were professionally took and were sent in a raw format but they’ve still made them look blown out and blurry. Can’t get in touch with anyone at the company about this

There is no contact from the site. I placed 2 separate orders 3 weeks ago, one has arrived and the other is lost somewhere. I have now reported them to trading standards which is a shame because when they come through they are lovely pictures but the waiting time and no contact whatsoever is unacceptable. They still have my money so will wait and see what happens but won't hold my breath.

No communications whatsoever! Ordered about two weeks ago. Never responds to messages after taking the money. This company must be reported to trading standards!

Ordered a canvas and have not received it and have emailed 4 times no reply not happy

AVOID AVOID AVOID Ordered 2 canvases on the 4th jan 23 paid £40 . Not recieved and they’ve not replied to my 6 emails that I’ve sent . AVOID!!!!!!

Paid for 4 prints to be done payment taken yet no conformation email received and unanswered emails because no reply 5 emails been sent

Shocking company...avoid. I placed my order on the 23rd June. I've heard absolutely nothing since despite me sending 3 emails ...awful company.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago now. Sent 2 messages and had nothing back from them. So now I have to payout again for the canvas to be done by someone else.

Avoid this company, products not turned up, account is no longer available on their website and they have blocked us on Facebook, luckily we should be able to claim through PayPal, AWEFUL PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Great service, fast delivery. Would prefer an automated email to say order received but other than that, no complaints

Really bad experience from the company my partner placed a order for turn me yellow. This was supposed to be a fathersday present for my father in law. We placed the order a month proir to this day. We never recieved a email confirming our order. When we eventually got a response from the company on facebook. They eventually said there was a issue with the photos so we resent the pictures this was a week before the day. When the day arrived we still did not have the canvas we ordered. They eventually refunded my partner 7 weeks after the inital order and said they was sorry for this and if we re order then they will ensure it will be done. So september 9th we eventually get back to ordering again and again no email confirming order or delivery. So a couple of weeks i send another facebook message and 3 days later i get a response stating there is issues with the developer and they will let me know what will be happening. Again nothing for a couple of days then when i send more messages they then proceed to tell me they made a refund to me a few days ago but cannot give me the date this was supposed to be done. I still have not got refunded and still no more contact from company. I feel they are taking peoples money and riping people off with false advertising and misleading with the way they deal with customers.

Do not purchase turn me yellow from this company they will keep your money and not answer questions. Also lie to you when you talk via facebook again not very professional to only have a facebook contact information only.

Placed order 24th June said delivered but never received try contacting via there form and never works always says error. Have contacted via Facebook and told need to wait for courier company to investigate still waiting and now not responding £60 out of pocket.
