I designed and ordered my first business card only to have my daughter point out that it was difficult to see my name because the font was too small and color was too light. I thought since I already finalized that I was stuck but next morning I received an email from a company rep stating same and asking if I’d like to make changes to my order. I redesigned my card, much more to my satisfaction. I then received my order within a couple of days and was thrilled with the final product. All at a great price. Highly recommend this company👍🏻

I had an issue with this company a few days ago with not getting a confirmation and with customer service.. I got an email that addressed the issues that I had concerning my online order. GREAT JOB!!!! I appreciate the fast response time to my concerns. HAPPY CUSTOMER AFTER ALL!!

I was trying to design a business card and although I managed with the text, I found downloading the image very confusing.

After sending in my order, I realised I had made a mistake with my design. I immediately emailed customer service explaining what I had done and asked if they could correct the design for me.

I cannot fault Printingnow's customer service. They re-did my design for me and kept in constant contact via email throughout the process.

I only clicked 4 stars because of the confusion uploading the size of the image but I would give customer service 10 out of 10.

Well done.

I loved their products and I will continue to use them. The quality of the finished product was very good. When I encountered a problem I contacted customer service and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. I highly recommend them.

I would definitely recommend using PrintingNow.com for all of your printing needs! They are responsive, easy to use, quick to order, and much more inexpensive than other competitors that I have used previously. I have never been dissatisfied, even with an order mishap in which they replaced my business cards promptly and refunded my shipping. I am very pleased with the service they have given me, and will use them exclusively for all of my printing needs!

I specified a fairly light blue – Pantone 292 – and black. I designed the business card with type reversed out of the blue, and reversed out of 292 it would have been completely legible. However, the actual printed blue is more like 290-291, and while this may not seem much, it completely ruins the business cards to the extent that the type is barely legible.

No answer from Printingnow on this, nor any previous emails.
WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

Had a order from staples that was very poor print quality. Especially for the money I feel like I got double the product.

They where easy to deal with cost effective , products are excellent.
So easy to design for my needs .
The cards came a few days later ,I am delighted with everything including the price ,delivery , and costs.Highly recommended.

PrintingNow did a wonderful job with my recent order of business cards. I did not expect the quick turnaround and was surprised how beautiful the cards turned out. I'm so proud to share them with everyone. I actually visited the other site first but with all the additions, you wind up paying a lot more than the advertised $10. PrintingNow delivered my cards for the amount advertised and I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely be back with future orders.

Was shocked with the speedy delivery and even more surprised of the cards better then I hoped for . I used other company before and I been disappointed with delivery and poor quality. All my printing will now go to them ..many thanks great service and customer support .

As a small business, it's frustrating to have to be the CEO, the bookkeeper, the marketing guru, and the web & graphic designer. It's especially frustrating to try to figure out what programs and apps to use that don't totally waste your time. I was hugely DELIGHTED to fine PrintingNow's business card creator. Easy! And it really, really works, not like other programs that are quirky, funky. It's like a real-life graphic designer programmed their business-card-creator, someone that knew how I think and how I want a business card to look like...professional! I swear it took minutes, not hours, to create my own original design. THANK YOU!
