Absolutely the best and easiest partner for print on demand. I've been using Printful for the last 8 years and I've never had any complaints form my customers. I recommend Printful to everybody who wants to enter the print on demand world. My only request is for more and updated models

This is my third company that I have paired Squarespace and Printful together. I have tried Printify and Shopify and honestly, I like this combo the best.

I've been using Printful for my Etsy store for a few months and I'm absolutely impressed! The product quality is outstanding - especially Gildan Softstyle and hoodies, prints are vibrant and customers love them.

Orders are fulfilled super fast (usually 2-3 days) and the integration with Etsy is seamless - it saves me hours of work. The mockup generator and the new "Add design to multiple products" feature is a game changer for bulk listings.

Support team is also very helpful and responsive. Compared to other POD services I tried, Printful is definitely #1 in terms of quality and reliability.

Highly recommend for anyone starting or scaling a print-on-demand business!

I ordered a custom sweater on 30 July. It shipped on 6 August and the tracking never moved again. It never arrived.

I contacted support in October. The agent confirmed in writing that the parcel was lost in transit. Then he refused a refund or a reprint, because I reported it after their 30-day window.

Nobody told me it was lost. I was waiting for a parcel that the tracking still showed as in transit.

I paid and received nothing. I also see a second charge on my bank statement that support could not explain.

I will not order from Printful again.

Easy to install, and a pleasure to use. It's wonderful to not have to create a product and then manually load it onto my store. Everything is simple and easy!

Working with printful has been very easy. making products have been a fun experience and easy to do so.

Printful shows amazing details of products and detailing is just perfect

I ordered sample prints for my art shop. They arrived horribly pixelated and bent. I decided to buy my own printer and handle printing myself, no big deal. Later, I needed merch for my store. I ordered samples of a t-shirt and a crewneck sweatshirt. Both with simple, one-color designs. The t-shirt arrived with a crooked print. The sweatshirt was not the color I ordered. After 2 days of back-and-forth chats with AI agents, Printful sent me reprints of the t-shirt and the sweatshirt. Took another 2+ weeks to get to me. Finally, I received the package. But the package was empty. Luckily, these were only samples. Imagine how quickly this experience would ruin the reputation of my small business if Printful was fulfilling orders for my customers.

Printful has been good most of the time. Sharp, quick, beautiful prints.

I give it a 4 because of my latest print and interaction with fulfillment. The colors came washed out and inconsistent with how Ive received prints from other designs. I contacted Fulfillment to get their opinion. They claimed it was normal and gave me reasons why. I then disagreed because their reasons would have applied to all of my previous orders, all were fine except this last one. I asked for further explanation when I presented them with images of previous prints to compare. They simply stopped replying. Other than this last print and interaction, all has been well with Printful. For that, they get 4.

Quality is alright but the shipping times are absolutely not okay - it said my order would arrive by October 5 when I ordered and it apparently still hasn‘t left their building by now (7th). Why would you not even notify me of the delay when I count on your own prognosis?

Printful cancelled my order 4 days after I ordered due to the product being out of stock. Since it was cancelled so late, I didn't have enough time to get something else as presents and it ruined my anniversary.

If you use Printful I highly recommend ordering like a month in advance, since it seems like it takes a lot of time for them to validate the order and check their stock.

Great, really easy to use, website graphics are large and clear and bright. A great selection of products.

I had one order from Printful. One t-shirt and they got it wrong. It was a gift to a disabled person in a home. The shirt was ordered as an XL and a 2XL was delivered. They insist on photos of the shirt, but it was a gift and she lives in a assisted living home. Printful sent a 2XL and wants pictures for proof. The shirt has someone's first name on it. It's not like I'm going to profit off of this, but if you're wrong, you're wrong! Printful was at fault, yet the customer has to jump through hoops to prove their case. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRINTFUL.

The platform is really easy to handle and has a wide range of products. I really like that.
But I have to say that the orders don't work well, I ordered something myself and didn't get it till yet :(
