my parcel bever arrived and despite contacting them they had no interest in helping resolve the issue, instead told me i had to be more patient as the courier was busy and i should wait longer. I eventually got a refund, but never an explanation as to why or what happend to my parcel, Whilst i understand they are not responsible for parcels not being delivered their customer service is horrible and despite several messages and emails, i was simply ignored. will never use again.

Was a great experience, great quality, the merchandise was quickly delivered.

After using the new way to list products, I find that it's more restrictive/difficult to use. I can't find a way to rename items so they're easier to find later. And new items don't have visual thumbnails to see your items for editing.

Great website easy to use and sync my stores

Printful is consistent in both product quality and customer service. Expectations for processing times are met and sometimes exceeded. My emails are being replied to promptly and any issues resolved as soon as possible. My shop has received great reviews from customers because of this.

Printful makes it possible for me, and countless other artists selling merch on our online stores to focus on our work (whether it be musical, visual, performance, or whatever) as they handle the business of On-Demand Printing. Printful's fully automated system works seamlessly with my website of commerce, which is powered by SquareSpace. I thank Printful for inventing such a trove of a company, they create quality products!

⭐️⭐️ Review – Printful (GPSR & EU activation issue)

As a new business owner, I chose Printful because of its global production network and promise of international selling. However, my experience regarding the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) activation has been extremely disappointing.

When I first created my products, I did not activate EU sales because I did not fully understand what GPSR was. I preferred not to activate something without proper understanding. There was no clear warning indicating that failing to activate the EU/GPSR option at product creation would permanently prevent modification later.

After publishing nearly 400 products — which took me an entire month to build — I contacted support to activate EU sales. I was informed via live chat that once a product is created without the EU/GPSR option selected, it cannot be modified afterward. The only solution offered was to delete all 400 products and recreate them from scratch.

This is not logical from a platform perspective. Business owners evolve. Decisions change. Markets expand. A compliance setting should be editable — especially when selling internationally is one of Printful’s main selling points.

Additionally, I sent three emails and completed a support form requesting assistance and never received a reply.

For a company that operates multiple global fulfillment centers and promotes international growth, the lack of flexibility and transparency around GPSR activation is concerning.

I hope Printful improves:
• Clear upfront warnings about irreversible compliance settings
• The ability to modify GPSR/EU activation after product creation
• More responsive customer support

At this time, I am deeply disappointed by the experience.

My experience with Printful has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, especially when connecting to Etsy or Shopify. Uploading designs and publishing products is simple and beginner-friendly.

Production times are consistent, and the print quality is clear and professional. I also appreciate the automatic fulfillment system — it saves time and helps me focus on designing.

Customer support has been helpful when I had questions about product setup and shipping.

Overall, Printful is a reliable partner for anyone starting or growing a print-on-demand business.

I tried to place my order on their website, and my card had been declined. So I tried a different card. It went through, but clearly glitched. I was never sent an order number or an email of any kind.

Two of my cards have POSTED charges on them for a product that is clearly not coming.

My first chat was with their extremely limited customer service, where they told me my order does not exist and to call my bank. I did call my bank, who tells me to call Printful. I can't get ahold of anyone to dispute these charges to my cards. It is very blatant theft, do not order from this company.
Edit - they found my order FINALLY. But refuse to refund either charge and cancelled my order. 02/13

I did get most of my money back after a fight to get through on customer service.

Stickers: In various types and shapes. 4. Home & Living Products:
Drinkware: Coffee mugs, water bottles, and insulated cups.
Wall Art: Paintings, posters, and metal plaques.
Textiles: Cushions, pillowcases, blankets, and towels.

5. Other Products:
Aprons: For the kitchen.
Workwear: Embroidered.
Printful Design Features:
Design Maker: Allows you to add your designs, text, and images (including the Getty Images library).
Embroidery: Available for over 130 products, including hats and clothing.
High Quality: Uses advanced printing and embroidery techniques.
Prototypes: The ability to create realistic product mockups for marketing. However, I haven't made any profit from my designs yet. Perhaps in the future.

Note: I wish Printful would integrate with Facebook, like Fourthwall and Spreadshirt, so I could create my own store and showcase my designs.

Orders are not pulled in from Etsy as often as other POD companies. I usually see the order come in from Etsy and then have to refresh my stores for it to come over to printful.

This product was showing as no inventory causing my website to have issues with customer options.

great experience designing clothes. good software for bespoke designs and fast delivery. I am trying to make a profit off my designs, so i wish they were a bit cheaper, and they offered templates clothes in the material cotton

Poor prints, even worse customer service.

The print doesn't match the design either in terms of placement or replication of the design.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
PRINT doesn't match ONLINE TEMPLATE - and NO resolution. Context: Graphic Designer. Designed TONS artwork for shirts. Always print locally. Never any issues. This is the first time I had to use an online service due to my local being slammed at holiday. Used Printful's template. The artwork shown in visual has artwork landing at a much different place than the finished product. (MUCH lower.) These are for women and the artwork JUST on CHEST level isn't flattering OR where I placed it. I inquired if they adjusted it, or if their template doesn't match their output a their support email 1/14/26. No response after 24 hours. Then used the CHAT the next day. I then received an immediate email, "We're sorry you're not happy, this isn't what we want to hear, please send us photos etc." I did. I followed up twice. The third time I didn't even push for a reprint, just INFORMATION about their template and it being off and how to adjust so it won't happen again. Still NOTHING nearly 1 month later. No partial credit, no discount for next time, NO INFO on how to avoid it. SHAME. Would've been good to have an affordable backup. They also arrived 3 weeks later than the "listed" date range. I had to call before and was told "holiday back up." Ok, so that can't be reflected/updated on their website?
TLDR: Shirt quality was good. Printing was good. (1 star for each) Placement did NOT MATCH. NO SUPPORT. Keep it local. Lesson learned.

For 2 years I had terrific service and quality from Printful . My last 3 orders have been late being fulfilled. And no one cares or takes responsibility. My current order was late in being fulfilled & is currently sitting somewhere at Printful for 4 days- not being sent to the shipper. The reply I recvd from support was to reach out again in 10 days.?!Not, we’re looking into the hold up?! How can we make this right?! My order was 1/29. I’ve lost my customer,today is 2/10( it was a big order for me,) I’ve lost money & my Etsy rating and clearly Printful doesn’t care & takes no responsibility. Can’t be relied on. I’d not stake your biz reputation on their service. And seeing other reviews I’m not alone
