Very easy to build a photo book

Very easy to build a photo book. Many instruments allow to made a "professional" result. The basic paper is of very good quality and the number of different kinds of cover give to the user the possibility of choosing the best for him.

Finally I received my photobooks!

Finally I received my photobooks!
I say "finally" because I encountered some troubles on the way, and the customer care has been really fantastic in helping me.
The result is absolutely satisfactory, the 3 photobooks I realized are really well printed.
Thanks, in particular to Elliot Edwards for his constant support!

Paid nearly €40 for overnight shipping…

Paid nearly €40 for overnight shipping and to be placed at the front of the printing line in order to receive my photos in time for an art show. While they were supposed to arrive one to two days prior to the event… tracking showed they would arrive on the day of the event. That would’ve been great except they did not arrive on the day of the event but rather 4 days later. Printerpix.it customer service has been horrible, generic, and they’re not willing to refund/return the prints.

Leaving another 1 star review which…

Leaving another 1 star review which will no doubt be replied to with the same generic rubbish. Wedding photos delivered to wrong address. I have a photo from Royal Mail of the house they were delivered to. Neighbour at that house will not give them to me (long, personal story). Printer Pix insist delivered to correct address (didn't). Around 20 emails now and still getting the same generic 'we;re so sorry for the inconvenience' messages. THey want me to sign a form to state the parcel wasn't delivered to me or to a neighbour. I can't do this as that would be a lie, I know where it was delivered and it wasn't to me!!! Have asked on several occasions for them to stop messaging me but still the messages keep coming.

ORDINI FANTASMA / GHOST ORDERS

ho ordinato 6 calendari in gennaio. mi hanno confermato l'ordine e dopo qualche tempo mi hanno comunicato che avevano provveduto alla spedizione.
a tutt'oggi non è arrivato nulla. NON E' POSSIBILE CONTATTARE ALCUNO. tutte le pagine di CONTATTACI figurano "404 PAGINA INESISTENTE"gli indirizzi di posta ritornano sconosciuti.
erano anni che mi servivo regolarmente con album e calendari ma ora sembra una truffa ben architettata.
spero che qualcuno mi possa almeno rimborsare. VA DA SE' CHE UTILIZZERO' ALTRI FORNITORI PER IL FUTURO.

I ordered 6 calendars in January. They confirmed the order and after some time they told me that they had taken care of the shipment.
to date nothing has arrived. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONTACT ANYONE. all the CONTACT US pages show "404 NON-EXISTENT PAGE" the email addresses return unknown.
I had been using albums and calendars regularly for years but now it seems like a well-planned scam.
I hope that someone can at least refund me. IT GOES WITHOUT LIMITATION THAT I WILL USE OTHER SUPPLIERS FOR THE FUTURE.

One of the worst companies…

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t stand behind the quality of their product as claimed. You can’t reach them on the phone. They have no oversight or quality control. Everything is automatic without human intervention to catch poor quality. They don’t care and blame issues on the customer. They wash their hands of any responsibility. Will never order from them again and I suggest you don’t either.

They are NOT real! It’s a very well-made website “front” for a FAKE company!!
They post FAKE reviews!!
They just take money and then send BOGUS order emails but you NEVER receive ANYTHING!!!!!
Do not order. It’s not REAL!!

Not even one star but it doesn’t let me just do it without selecting a star. First if you have any issues… no one is available-they have on their advertising on their website - 24/7 real humans not bots…I tried to chat to get some assistance with my order….definitely automated responses when I realized it was a bot I asked to chat with human … it tells me contact them. I tried calling it tell me to contact support, I tried emailing it tells me the typical I’m sorry you’re having trouble and tells me to contact support… nothing gave me a solution or answer. Three issues I was having problems with - one trying to get in touch with someone about my order while being pointed to one method when doing that method being redirected to a different method like sending me in circles and not connecting with anyone, trying to get it expedited and website seemed to glitch when trying to do it. Also when ordering prices seemed to change which was frustrating again like the website was glitching and couldn’t talk to support, tried it all. Then I get the spam marketing emails…. I have unsubscribed multiple times and least 10 and still getting emails. My order was unable to be expedited, never got to communicate with anyone, complete ripoff, and still getting advertisements in my email. NO STARS NO GOOD REVIEW - BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Terrible service

Very very poor. We had 20 of the same pictures sent, no replies, no customer service, thankfully i paid by credit card and got £700 back.

Terrible service
No feedback - no response after complaint
Web-platform is user UNfriendly
No possibility of sorting the uploaded photos eg with a time-stamp or via name
Stay away and don't use this service there are many better options

HEADS & TEXT CUT OFF PHOTOBOOK AND NO REPLY FROM THEM.DISGUSTING COMPANY PLEASE AVOID!!!

6 March 2024 UPDATE: After numerous emails with no response and then contacting them via social media they have promised to refund the rest of my order and given me a refund reference number. I am also still waiting on the £7.99 refund for the postage as promised by Andrew Robello since 5th January 2024 but to date not received in my bank! Will give it another 7 - 10 days because they say the finance manager needs to approve it. Will update.

DISGUSTING COMPANY PLEASE AVOID!!!! HEADS /BODIES/TEXT CROPPED OFF ALL PAGES IN PHOTOBOOK AND NO REPLY FROM PRINTERPIX!!!!!! Please don't use this company. I'm in a long battle to try and get my money back and it's been months now no reply from them after previously emailing Andrew Robello and Cheryl Stephen at Printerpix. Paid for rush delivery on 23/12/23 but arrived almost a month later. Photobook received with heads/bodies and text cut off even though my photos were all within the borders I have videoproof and screenshots of my online order. I emailed them already they know the issue but have ignored me. Only used them because website promised rush delivery but in hindsight wished I had read reviews first. They have my emails and my order number they know who I am and know about the issue but have not bothered to resolve this. I only get a reply if I leave negative reviews on Trustpilot so will continue to do so. Please avoid this company you will be bitterly DISSAPOINTED.

Filing a claim with PayPal and if that fails then I will file a chargeback with my bank and if that fails I will take it to Financial Ombudsman and report them to Trading Standards. I will also write to the BBC Watchdog since there seems to be hundreds of customers in the same situation. I won't give up and won't let this company get away with this. Its unfair that honest people are being scammed this way. Please don't trust any of the fake positive reviews on Trustpilot either as Trustpilot themselves have flagged this company for breaking Trustpilot policy by how they are displaying reviews. Just save yourself the hassle and use more professional companies anyone but these guys.

All good until it isn't....

I've used this company before and it's been fine. The problem arises when there's a problem. They do not want to honour their no quibble refund promise. I was promised a full refund for an undelivered order on four occasions by phone after making many requests for help by email. All of these were ignored. None of the four promised refunds materialised. I ended up getting my refund through PayPal resolution centre ( Thank you PayPal!). I will never use Printer pix again. It's not worth the risk of it going wrong.

Terrible Customer Service and Order Processing

I ordered a canvas picture collage. The website stated regular shipping of 3 to 8 days. I received an email stating that my order had been given to the shipper. On the FedEx website it showed that a shipping label had been created. Three days later both sites still say the same thing, No progress. I call PrinterPix to find out what's going on and the customer service rep was rude, condescending and told me that my order could take up till 3 weeks even though the PrinterPix website said 3 to 8 days. I would never order anything from them again.

did not receive order, 3 emails to them have gone unanswered.

First off, the PrinterPix Italy website is placing a 4.4 star rating From Trustpilot with over 34K reviews. When I came to Trustpilot the Italy Printerpix rating is 2.6. Anyway, I placed an order in December as a Christmas and was immediately given confirmation of the order and they gave me a tracking number with DHL. The tracking number shows stuck in Frankfurt for almost a month now and my order number on their website now shows invalid. I sent 3 emails to their contact email address from their own website with no response.
